EDIT: I decided to simply scrap it. Operation Airship is negative. I'm not going to worry about it if there are stingy realist investing in the thread. Being stingy isn't always a bad thing, like now is an alright time to keep close to realism. I just think there needs to be a bit of leniency since all of this worlds inventions are likely to possess both magic and technology in it's production, but there were some very valid points in that hot air was a terrible idea and my general ignorance made the whole scene ridiculous. In future I'll keep note that my stupidity will probably annoy someone and instead I'll make everything look suitably magical to cover it up.

Thank you, and I don't mind the inventions that possess magic and technology. Really its just unrealistic technology that gets to me.

Um, well, the water is acidic, so that would probably be a terrible idea. Even if you got out without sinking, the Corruption would probably latch on to the ship, and thus spread from it when it reached land.

Hmm I don't think so because the only you can do that is if you kill the taint and there's no way to get rid of magic unless there is someway the OP knows about.

No, I just set my first post in the past and moved my second one to the present. Since I've not interacted with anyone yet, I figured it was okay.

There are ways to temporarily remove magic, and ways to remove corruption in small areas.

Ok, read the post. There's no way to help a mage who's been possessed. However, you can still play him, if you want, he'll just serve Taint, his emotions will become dark and angry, and he'll receive new Corruption magic.

Wow, didn't realize his picture would be all fancified. I should've found a better one to use, bigger at least, but I don't know what it is from so I don't know where to look. It's cool though, wasn't sure if I'd just surrender him to you or if I'd get him back, it'll be interesting playing the evil side. I need to work on Jena's app though, Jena will be the 'young boy' *cough*girl*cough* who ran away to get the rest of the crew. She'll become a main character in the story hopefully. Hektor meanwhile, well, things are going to be toasty on the east coast for awhile.

His new powers will be changed versions of his original powers, and he'll probably get a couple of new ones

Hektors new powers:
Tarot reading: hasn't really changed, because there's not much you can change about that.

Shapeshifter: Hektor can shapeshift in to large Corruption Tiger. It's about the size of a normal tiger, with black fur and light-blue stripes. It's eyes glow a blue-green color.

Widow's Kiss/Corruption Kiss: Corruption flows through Hektor's veins. By kissing another person, he temporarily allows the Corruption to enter their mind, causing them dark, angry thoughts for about a day.

Caspar's Gold: Is basically the same.

Dragonfly Bomb: Basically the same, but with Corruption fire, which burns hot and cold at the same time. The main difference is that he can control fire that he creates.

Darkness Fog: He can create a fog of darkness that normal people can't see in.

Night-vision: He can see in the dark like a Corruption creature



Note that he will have a weakness to light, and things that affect the Corruption.
