The sun sat high above the sky in Pyongyang, illuminating what was a tremendously depressing city with an even more depressing skyline. However, the bright side of it all is that the city has a knack for having really nice bad things. Example; there may be a fancy hotel of lavish accord, but it's water may not work. Or a fancy restaurant that looks like it was made for Kim Jong-un himself, it may have the most polite workers, the nicest food, but the bathroom's infrastructure may be facing hardships. Not to mention rolling blackouts is such a common event that places of business continue to work on through them in one way or another.

Today, however, was the day of renewal to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. September 7th, 2014 would mark the rebirth of Korea marked by the glorious Kim Jong-un himself, as he would release the official reformation of Korea plan, termed the Sunshine Plan. A five point plan developed by the supreme leader himself to ensure stability, peace, tranquility, and development for the whole of Korea, he would announce the plan in the midst of a military parade later today.

After going over the varying matters of importance, Kim Jong-un read over his speech one last time and made for the podium where he would deliver said speech. Approaching the podium, he took a deep breath and exhaled slowly to prepare himself for the speech he was about to give to the mass of people all listening watching in sheer awe of him.

"Fellow comrades!" Kim began, immediately the crowd went into an uproar of cheers and positive appraisal. "Today. It is a great day for the whole of Korea! As I have sat and spent many hours on formulating the Sunshine Plan that has given me great strife, but I didn't give up. As any true Korean, I never gave up on my work. I kept working, even harder than the last day. To our brothers in the South, they have seen the way. They have realized, that fighting is not the way to obtain serenity from the Republic! With that said point one of the Sunshine Plan is peace. Peace for Korea. Today, I announce that I will personally enter negotiations with the brother of the south to ensure peace comes to the Peninsula! Now, we will not unify I must assure. But, we will allow for our Southern brethren to develop a prosperous land in the South so that they can work hand in hand with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea to spread the ideals of true Korea!" Kim said, the crowd clapping in severe approval.

"The next point, point two, is stability! Stability of the Democratic People's Republic fully depends on the stability of the Korean People's Army. That is why, I will enter negotiations with the United States, our Chinese comrades, and Europe to discuss a multilateral arms trade for Korea's plentiful supply of Rare Earth Elements in return for Korea's disbandment of nuclear weapons and return to the Non-Proliferation Treaty. If all goes well, then the stability of the Korean People's Army and the Republic will be ensured and we will no longer have to fear the threat of annihilation!" Kim said with immense passion, the crowd cheered even louder than before.

"Point three. It is development. Development for the Republic! Today, I assure you all that I will enter deliberations with the most technologically advanced nations such as Japan, Germany, and others so that Korean workers can visit key institutions, take notes, and bring them back to Korea so that we can model our economical future after their economic and industrial success." Kim said, however, the crowd cheered considerably less than last, partly in response to the mentioning of Japan.

"The fourth point of my extensive plan is tranquility. To ensure that the Republic experiences extensive tranquility, I have authorized for the complete shut down and abolition of all forced labor camps in the Republic's borders. These have been the epitome of the mockery that has befallen the Republic in the eyes of the west, and I will stand for it no more! These camps will be turned into recreational centers where many may work and receive a monetary reward for their hard work to assist their fellow comrades." Kim announced, many people began to cheer and weep in joy due to the shocking news.

"Lastly, the last point of the Sunshine Plan is energy reformation. Now, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea will begin the building of several new nuclear energy facility under the supervision of United Nations officials so that they can make sure that we don't use the nuclear energy for weapons. This energy will help bring power and electricity to all facets of the Republic and will end the blackouts that plague our fair nation! We are Korea! We are strong! We are invincible! We! Are! Reborn!" Kim said, as his words dwelled in the minds of the thousands of cheering Korean citizens, ecstatic over what had been said by their supreme leader.

As the afternoon rolled in, Xi Jinping was still discussing the public explanation for the martial law massacre. Ultimately, it wouldn't take longer than when the hour rounded out for he and the rest of the Communist Party to reach an amicable solution for him to state to the public. He sat there fiddling his thumbs around until the cameraman signaled that they were ready to air. As the cameraman counted down to signal when to start, Xi popped his knuckles and took a deep breath as he stared at the camera. He was ready.

"My glorious comrades, a truly indecent justice has befallen the People's Republic in the wake of the Worker's Protests. I would like to send my condolences to all families affected by the justice that had to occur just two days ago." Xi started off. "I would like to assure my comrades that the action ensued by the PLA was a necessity to ensure safety and stability to the state. As I declared martial law in the wake of said protests, they continued to occupy governing areas. This was simply unacceptable as it prevented the government from working and functioning regularly. Even as martial law was declared, the PLA demanded that they return home before predetermined curfew. Which they refused to do, at that point, they were seen as threats to the security of those immediately near them. The PLA conducted several raids of government buildings and a few protesters led a melee attack on sever PLA operatives, they were shot almost immediately." Xi spoke with a certain manner, one that made him know that what had happened was indeed a necessity.

"At this point, it was assumed that all protesters were capable of being hostile and were fired upon at sight. Those who survive the bullet wounds were apprehended and take to Chinese prison where they will await trial. Now, as some of you may know, a small amount of foreigners were involved in the protests and ended up facing death due to their actions. I must stress that they had no place in Chinese politics and if they had survived, the charges of defaming the state and threatening the stability of the state would most likely resulted in their execution. They shouldn't have been located in Chinese territory and should not have disobeyed either Chinese law nor the PLA." Xi finished, he nodded and smiled as a good be to all those watching.

Armed soldiers patrolled the embassy grounds and walls, David was determine not to have a rerun of what had occurred at the palace. He lay in a white linen bed, his leg now bandaged by the embassy doctor. He had been writing this report since he had got back from the palace after the attack. Lance Corporal Stevens had done well so as thanks had been returned to his unit without punishment for the ambush he had conducted. This report painted a bleak picture of Irish politics, he was still unsure as of yet whom had filled the power gap and throne.

He had set MI6 into a frenzy when he mentioned the words 'Russian Assassins' and already secret service branch had operations picking up to find those responsible. The more pressing concern was the rumours it was the British who had done it, he'd laughed when he heard the popular rumour among the Irish that he is some sort of James Bond style SAS hero. However him merely saying otherwise wouldn't dispel the large angry mob outside the embassy, nor cease the attacks by the IRA on British border troops in revenge for something Britain played no part in to his knowledge.

Northern Ireland as a result of this event will receive two battalions from the Mercian regiment as added support, as well as two further squadrons of fighters on temporary basing.

In the Asian theatre progress is well under way to fill the base offered for joint use by the British and Indian armies. A British army Indian brigade has been established for the first time since their independence. So far, the police has suffered 23 casualties and 67 wounded as the Brotherhood bomb another station. However it isn't expected that the Brotherhood would last long against the military.

Task Force Imijin bound for the Asisian Theatre and currently on course to the Korean pennninsular is set to pass the Cape of Goodhope with a day or two weather permitting. The men were maintaining their strength and stamina through daily PT sessions and constant refresher training so that when needed they would be ready for near instant action. A further addition in the form of HMS Illustrious had joined the task force on route to serve as a helicopter carrier. This task force on completion of their tasks in Korea will form the naval garrison within the dockyard offered for joint use by India.

The EU referendum has now also been held and has shown massive support for the United Kingdom to withdraw from the European Union. The final details have yet to be fully decided but the effects will be instant with all EU migrant workers required to leave or file for a work visa from the immigration office. In Northern Ireland the government has announced the recreation of the home service battalions within the Royal Irish Regiment. Using all these upper body strength he had, Lyagushka climbed along these rail of a destroyed building. Listening to their solders inside he could hear that they thought they were safe. Eating on what rations they had left around a fire was four soldiers, one was on there radio giving artillery commands wile there other three were eating what looked to be dog. Lyagushka waited, hanging from the rail for nearly thirty minutes wile the Ukrainians finished eating. One picked up his AK74u and walked to the balcony. Turning he leaned on the rail to face the other solders inside. Lyagushka pulled himself up and grabbed the man by the neck quickly and coldly whispering in his left ear. "Silence or you die." Lifting his suppressed P-226 over the mans right shoulder he waited till all the men were in view till he pulled the trigger twice, killing the man at the man at the far left of the fire. Turning he fired on into the youngest of the men's skull. The last was scrambling for his rifle, Lyagushka fired four into his chest as he fell away from the fire he squeezed the man's neck. His heart beat was high, and his voice held that of terror when Lyagushka threw him to the floor inside the room. Pointing his pistol at him he motioned him to the radio. "Let me go-" They Ukrainian began to get before he was interrupted by a boot the chest. "Quiet dog." reaching in his vest he pulled a piece of paper and threw it to the terrified man. "Radio these coordinates to all the artillery you have in the region. And maybe you can go. " The Ukrainian dog fumbled the paper as he crawled to the radio. After much chatter the Ukrainian looked to Lyagushka and nodded. The Ukrainian repeated the coordinates on the paper. Once he was finished he turned to Lyagushka to ask for his life, but Lyagushka cut him off again and pulled the trigger directly in the mans left eye socket. The coordinates that were given to the Ukrainian artillery was in fact the position of a large Ukrainian camp. Perhaps they largest in their country 77,000+ Ukrainians were to be slaughtered by there own artillery fire.

As this happened Lyagushka held his PCD and radioed to command that they job was done and for them west district troops to pour across these boarders.

Looking down at his briefcase his heart began to race, his mouth became dry and his stomach felt like it turned upside down. He didn't know what was in this case but it came from President Andropov himself and was mentioned only for Chinese eyes to see it. But it came with a note, a note that ordered he be ready to burn the contents of the case with the termite charges on the case and if necessary, to take his own life if he was found with this case before it reached the President of China.

The air was a nice temperature for this time of year as Ryba walked down he road toward a café where she was supposed to leave a dead drop. Looking away at every turn to avoid the cities cameras and other security. Walking to the up scale café, it had been closed for hours, but she didn't need to go inside. She needed to be in the back. Task Force Imijin has passed Africa and is within the edge of the Indian Ocean and making it's was to the British Indian Ocean Territory where it will be issued further orders from London.

In a great ceremony of state King Charles was crowned King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, of his other realms over the sea and Defender of the Faith. Andropov continued, "You will be accompanied by two squads of Spetsnaz and BOPOH will be on stand by. I don't what this to be a big thing so keep quiet and do not give into the demands of terrorist. You leave in one hour for Switzerland." The secretary nodded and walked for the door.

I need you to request a meeting between all of us to discuss the Chinese." Nodding the assistant began to type on her laptop. And messaged all the listed nations a location to meet and the topics. The meeting will take place in Private meeting room in Geneva, Switzerland.

Andropov now with his legs up on his desk reading, he turned to his Assistants once again. "And I want an meeting between all of the CTSO. To talk about the future of our nation's. Set the location as the Kremlin briefing room."
