To,
The Rt Hon David Cameron,

Dear Sir,
We would be glad to host the British Armed Forces.
I propose joint use of the Indian Army Eastern Command HQ at Fort William, Kolkata, West Bengal. Royal Air Force units shall be based, if desired, at AFSs Bagdogra, Dum Dum, and Barrackpore of Eastern Air Command; AFSs Palam and Ambala of Western Air Command. The Royal Navy is cordially invited to establish a base at INS Dega in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
We may in the future integrate operational units.

Encryption: Important
Dear Prime Minister,
I would like to discuss a treaty where you would have a military base in Costa Rica to protect our country which is deeply afraid of attack from other countries. Costa Rica doesn't want an army itself but a country to protect us. Our people will die unless you help us. Please this is an emergency that could happen.
We are afraid that a country will invade us because we've no protection.
Yours
Luis Guillermo Solis
President of Costa Rica

To the Rt. Hon Luis Guillermo Solis, a President of Costa Rica
We would be more than pleased to offer such support to your blossoming country, we already have a similar arrangement with the Sultan of Brunei and have a garrison in the nearby country of Belize. We would like to deploy a battalion of the Bermuda regiment on a rotary basis, establish a training team for both ours and your own forces and establish a garrison as you requested in the country.
This may take a month to do including transporting a team of Royal Engineers to construct the necessary logistics and bases we would require.
Yours sincerely the Rt. Hon David Cameron, Prime Minister

To the government of Ireland
We hope truly hope you played no part in this grievous crime and that you will help us bring those responsible to justice. We demand you drop all support for the terrorist IRA organisation or face severe sanctions.
Yours sincerely
The Rt. Hon David Cameron

The king saw David return to his palace once again but this time to talk about the IRA
"the peoples army" so he ordered a cask of wine to be brought up and ordered it sent to the meeting room a heavily fortified room with one door.
The king saw David approach and was glad the British had sent him, he had grown accustom to the young ambassador.
"David have a drink it is considered rude not to drink when a host puts a drink in front of you, and on the topic of the IRA what are we supposed to do"

Dublin outside the Irish 'palace'
Tokorev waved his partner back to the car as he walked through the large doors of the palace.
Seeing a well dressed man walk into a guarded room he decided his way his destination aswell.
Agent Tokorev walked towards the door, stopped by Irish soldiers. "Let me in, I am supposed
to be in this meeting." He said in a clear thick Russian accent.

"Unfortunately these are a direct result of the IRA attacks in the north and on the mainland, we apologise for these instances but they are not condoned by the his majesty's government. At least on the whole those ours have attacked were uniformed soldiers." He turned and stood to face the British soldier "Lance Corporal Patrick Stevens I presume, your brother is safe and we will do all we can to return you to freedom." He turned back to sit down. "Let's skip this talk, London demands you cease your support for the IRA, cease your build up of troops in the north to south border counties and that you stop this sabre rattling over the north." At that the door knocked and the Irish King invited a new man in.

Dublin, inside the Irish 'palac
Tokorev shoved the kings cousin aside before the King could leave. Pulling a MP-443 from its concealed holster.
Lifting the muzzle of the gun to match the kings back. The coward couldn't even face him! Pulling the trigger six times he watched the King fall. Then moved to his next target. Shooting the young British ambassador in the knee.
