However, with all their training and equipment, they would rather meet you while they have a distinct advantage, than have a fair fight. Honor has no meaning to them.
Description of Economy : An immensely wealthy kingdom, the Rusurians are fine fisherman, however they are far more known for their gold and gem mines. It is a sign of wealth if you can say you have Rusur gold or gems. In addition, the steel that comes out of Rusur are equally sot-after for its strength.
Military Gear is a touchy subject for Rusurians, as the House does not allow any to be exported. This is based on a couple reasons: The swords are known the be the sharpest and strongest and the armor is very strong. While this gear is easily accessible if you live in Rusur, it is very very VERY expensive outside. It has been told that you can buy a manor and 5 slaves if you can smuggle out 5 swords and a set of armor...Major Cities (max six):

5000 Bes'bavar - These Mounted Knights are used to harass the enemy leadership and supply lines. They believe in "Cutting the head off the dragon". They wear Plate-Steel armor, and ride fast horses.
10000 Sacarhilyr - These archers are able to shoot bows over 700 meters, and rain death upon any foe.
5000 Ulik - These mounted Kat'ubetr are found with lance and heavy armor. Mostly used for breaking advances, and attacking behind enemy lines.
35000 Irma'r Verd - They are similar to levies, but higher trained. As all Rusurians are required to practice fighting skills, they are the best civilian fighters.

I think that the fourth realm is taken - as well as all the other great houses. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Yeah, I made that mistake when I first signed up. It said that three realms at least were still vacant. It turns out that the OP had not been updated in a while. It seems that is still the case.
All credit to NDH, but sometimes things aren't updated as punctually as they could be.
