Don't know about Skyrim (don't really care about it either) but as far as ASOIAF is concerned the Iron Throne as an object isn't that relevant it is desirable only as a metaphor for the kingship as a whole. ASOIAF covets the Iron Throne the same way a Yorkist duke might have design on the English Throne, as an abstract representation for their monarchic ambition. The physical throne itself is irrelevant. Unless Pandyssium has some magic crown regalia that can do cool stuff so surely it will be.

"I HAVE THE TREPHINATED CRANIUM, FEAR ME SLAVES!" … Meh, its not quite working for me. Unless NDH has something in mind already can't we just assume that there is some sort of throne in the imperial capital and an assortment of crown regalia that symbolizes the monarch and the monarchy and leave it at that.

In a situation when the monarch is for example under-age, or it this case, is no monarch, the Magistratum rules the Empire, and at it's head is the Lord High Steward.

I belive a weapon or a helmet would be fitting as a relic and symbol of Titus the Great and Imperial power in Pandyssium.


So then it makes no sense for the late emperor to have appointed the lord steward the regency in case something happens to him because the lord steward is given the regency in case something happens to the emperor BY LAW already.

I do not like that. Things were already very much stable due to an appointed regent existing, but now that the lord steward is the regent BY LAW, the lord steward's grip on the empire is almost as solid as an emperor's. It also means that at least one application and multiple IC posts make no sense now.

Description of House: (History/Customs etc.) House Sigfried is a relatively young house, being less than five decades old, being raised by a past emperor as a reward for defeating a rebel group that attacked the emperor’s entourage. Ser Bolton Siegfried was responsible for this, being a renowned commander of the legendary mercenary company referred to as the “Ash Banners,” he led the ambush that prevented the death of the emperor and ensured the defeat of the rebel forces, because of this he was knighted by the emperor.

Despite the fact that they had become knights, the Sigfried family continued to serve as the commanders of one of the leading mercenary factions in the country, often taking royal and noble contracts to eliminate oppositions to the prosperity of the country as well as serving on war fronts when the empire’s borders were threatened. Throughout the houses history, it has always been rumored that the Sigfried family controls more than just a mercenary faction, many believe that they operate a large network of assassins and informants that operates throughout the empire’s borders, however that is just speculation.
Within the past five years, the house has fallen into the control of the Steward of the Manor, Charon Aristides, the bastard of Lord Bolton Siegfried, after Bolton suffered significant brain damage during combat while on campaign. Because of this, Bolton’s young legitimate heir, Willhelm, and his only daughter, Ariana, have been left in the care of Charon until they become of an age to run the estate and control the Ash Banners.

What is House's view on the Empire?:The house’s views on the empire are kept to themselves, with the empire generally regarded as a pest that limits the power of the house. Because of this, Charon actively schemes to put lords against each other and to create friction in the empire to ensure that House Sigfried will thrive.

Description of Head of House (name, age, and sex):

Charon Aristides, male, 32, a man average in size, roughly six feet tall and weighing 200 pounds with tanned skin and brown hair. He is the head of the family in all but name, and his very presence seems to demand authority, despite the fact that he does not say it himself, he is ambitious and intelligent, hating the man who sired him but loving his father’s legitimate children, wishing to ensure their future as well as his own. Ruthless in the pursuit of his goals and unmerciful to his opponents, he will use whatever tool is necessary to achieve his ends.

Description of Relevant House Members: (name, age and sex)
Bolton Siegfried, male, 78, founder of the house Siegfried and notable commander of the Ash Banners, his name was once one of fear in the empire. Skilled in both blade and wit, it was a great loss to the empire that he injured and has since entered into a rather comatose state due to head trauma. Since he’s entered into his comatose state he has weathered away, his skin has sunken and his muscle have deteriorated, leaving him as a pitiful sight.
Willhelm, male, 13, the legitimate son of Bolton Siegfried and the true lord of the manor, despite his young age he has become quite skilled with the sword from practicing with Charon, a renowned swordsman in his own right. Willhelm is young and handsome, 5’10” and weighing around 140 pounds with dirty blonde hair, dark blue eyes, and high cheek bones. Despite his good looks, he does not pay attention to romantic pursuits, instead he focuses on only 2 things, combat and how he can help his family.

Ariana, female, 17, she is the manipulative and seductive daughter of Bolton Siegfried and viewed as one of the most beautiful women in the realm. Her dark scarlet hair reaches down, halfway to her waist, covering her beautiful blue eyes and perfect facial structure, her best asset is her looks and she uses it to manipulate anyone into doing what she wants. She is not very interested in anything but having what she calls fun, but she very much loves her brother Willhelm and has a crush on her father’s bastard Charon whom she does not know she is related to.

Ragnar, male, 48, a veteran warrior of the Ash Banners and its second in command, he serves as the protector of the house and is a skilled tactician as well as an excellent swordsman, although he prefers to use pikes. The man is rough in manner but is truly loyal to House Siegfried, having owed Bolton a great debt for rescuing him from the gutters.

Military Description: The army of House Siegfried is the Ash Banners, an elite mercenary group composed mostly of veterans and skilled warriors from across the empire. This tiny, professional army is said to be among the most skilled, believed to rival the might of a small army. Despite their small size they are a fearsome force and often contracted by noble houses and even the crown itself to perform tasks such as putting down rebellions, bringing justice to bandits, and other menial tasks as well as serving on war fronts for the highest bidder.

Strengths/Weaknesses: They are strong ground force and control a network of informants and assassins to assist in difficult tasks. However, they completely lack a navy and are a tiny force, meaning they are more effective serving as a vanguard for a larger force.

Description of House: The House of Fleischer was once a proud institution. Ruling over a wide expanse from the now ruined Fleischer Castle, the family was respected and renowned. Now, though, the house has fallen into disarray. Financially ruined three generations ago, the current members of House Fleischer are hardly recognizable as nobility at all. The three male members of the family, all unlanded knights, travel separately from city to city fighting for coin and the hope for prestige. The one female heiress to the Fleischer name travels with her youngest brother and his company of sellswords. It isn't a pretty existence, but it allows for survival.
What is House's view on the Empire?: The House of Fleisher supported the empire when it was strong, but fell to ruin before the empire began to collapse. Now, the members of House Fleischer view the Empire as just another employer, and another opportunity at restoring their family name.
Description of Head of House: Oswald Fleischer, a knight by trade, is the current head of House Fleischer. He is a massive man, twenty eight years of age, who wields a zweihander into battle. His followers, a small group calling themselves the Black Company, follow his strength and brutal nature. Where others seek kindness, this man's sellswords have sought out cruelty and sadistic release. These traits, it turns out, are more than advantageous on a field of battle.
Description of Relevant House Members: Duncan Fleischer is a duelist currently serving as the bodyguard for a wealthy merchant. He wields a one handed estoc, paired with a buckler. Not as sadistic as his eldest brother, Donald merely wants for coin. Money, he hopes, will aid in restoring his family's name.

Then, there are the other two Fleischer siblings: Matthias and his sister Margret. They are both able warriors, Matthias with a spear and Margret with a bow, and both are more than able horsemen. These two travel together with a band of mercenaries, united in their quest for honor and prestige. They are generally good people, seeking the noble solution to their problems, but a hard life has taught them not to pass up any opportunity for advancement.

Description: Fleischer Castle was never large, but its location made it impressive. Perched high up on a cliff, a series of stairs and passages were its only access. The once lavish furnishings have been picked bare by the same people who abandoned it, and only bare rock remains.

Strengths/Weaknesses: Oswald is cruel and brutal, unforgiving in the extreme. He has externalized his anger over the state of the family, using others as an outlet for his rage. This makes him a fierce fighter, but also rash and strongheaded.

Duncan is proud and lusts for wealth. He is unmatched in single combat (at least so far as he knows) but falters when faced with groups.

Matthias is a strong warrior, but his protective instinct towards his sister threatens to compromise that. In combat, he is less skilled in close quarters where his spear affords no advantage.

Margret is a skilled archer, and more than capable of taking care of herself. With that said, though, she looks up to her brother, even though he is the youngest of her siblings, and stands by him in most matters.

Description of the people and culture: A hardy people, the Rusurians have survived food shortages and raiding attacks for decades. They work hard and are rewarded, but if a Rusurian doesnt, he is crucified and placed in front of the Gate of Death. Some call them uncivilized for this, but none have seen the beauty of the cities inside the gate. They often spend their entire lives never seeing outside the gate, and they are content with that...

Known as one of the best equipped militarys in the world, they have the best in armor and weapons money can buy. They are also some of the most disciplined soldiers, having been brought up learning archery and sword fighting. However, with all their training and equipment, they would rather meet you while they have a distinct advantage, than have a fair fight. Honor has no meaning to them.

Description of Economy : An immensely wealthy kingdom, the Rusurians are fine fisherman, however they are far more known for their gold and gem mines. It is a sign of wealth if you can say you have Rusur gold or gems. In addition, the steel that comes out of Rusur are equally sot-after for its strength.

Military Gear is a touchy subject for Rusurians, as the House does not allow any to be exported. This is based on a couple reasons: The swords are known the be the sharpest and strongest and the armor is very strong. While this gear is easily accessible if you live in Rusur, it is very very VERY expensive outside. It has been told that you can buy a manor and 5 slaves if you can smuggle out 5 swords and a set of armor...

Strengths Their soldiers are one of the best quipped in the world, with the mines of Iron and other such materials. They are also very wealthy from their gold mines. And these mines are located behind the Gate of Death.

They are deeply patriotic, and it is very treasonous to go against the house. For this reason, they are very few Rusur sellswords.

Weaknesses: But, they have limited farm space behind the gate, and rely on trade for food. They also do not police the Southlands very much, choosing to have their castles all near the Gate, rather than out in the open. They are extremely isolationist, but will act if pushed.

They are found mostly in Rathonis Rock, as they are the official garrison there, but can be found in many different places throughout the world that are important to the House. There is always 4 with the Lord at all times, and they never leave his side. If found in battle, they usually are Captains or ranking officials.

    20,000 Kat'ubetr - These soldiers are the long term soldiers, or the "Lifers". They have the best equipment and fight in heavy armor. They are usually found on the flanks, and rely on pincer attacks.

    5000 Bes'bavar - These Mounted Knights are used to harass the enemy leadership and supply lines. They believe in "Cutting the head off the dragon". They wear Plate-Steel armor, and ride fast horses.

    10000 Sacarhilyr - These archers are able to shoot bows over 700 meters, and rain death upon any foe.

    5000 Ulik - These mounted Kat'ubetr are found with lance and heavy armor. Mostly used for breaking advances, and attacking behind enemy lines.

    35000 Irma'r Verd - They are similar to levies, but higher trained. As all Rusurians are required to practice fighting skills, they are the best civilian fighters.

I think that the fourth realm is taken - as well as all the other great houses. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Description of the people and culture: A hardy people, the Rusurians have survived food shortages and raiding attacks for decades. They work hard and are rewarded, but if a Rusurian doesnt, he is crucified and placed in front of the Gate of Death. Some call them uncivilized for this, but none have seen the beauty of the cities inside the gate. They often spend their entire lives never seeing outside the gate, and they are content with that...

Known as one of the best equipped militarys in the world, they have the best in armor and weapons money can buy. They are also some of the most disciplined soldiers, having been brought up learning archery and sword fighting. However, with all their training and equipment, they would rather meet you while they have a distinct advantage, than have a fair fight. Honor has no meaning to them.

Description of Economy : An immensely wealthy kingdom, the Rusurians are fine fisherman, however they are far more known for their gold and gem mines. It is a sign of wealth if you can say you have Rusur gold or gems. In addition, the steel that comes out of Rusur are equally sot-after for its strength.

Military Gear is a touchy subject for Rusurians, as the House does not allow any to be exported. This is based on a couple reasons: The swords are known the be the sharpest and strongest and the armor is very strong. While this gear is easily accessible if you live in Rusur, it is very very VERY expensive outside. It has been told that you can buy a manor and 5 slaves if you can smuggle out 5 swords and a set of armor...

I didn't see a realm 4 in the archive when I made the map for the race compositions. Hence to my knowledge realm 4 is open. NDH will have to confirm.

All credit to NDH, but sometimes things aren't updated as punctually as they could be.
