Ok Ethirus is a rich country that spans from Italian Austria to the borders of Ukraine ruled by a French speaking nobility that has barely allowed democracy in the nation in that the Prime Minister is a noble voted in as the peoples representative.

Salzburg is the nations personification beings able to speak Russian French German and English due to the post ww2 situation,( he was occupied by Nazi Germany and was born during the Rule of the nazi party so he has been liberated and tossed around by the powers.) he is usually calm though having both German and French heritage ( due to being raised by both OTL Austria and France) as well as Russian (the formerly communist government) has caused him to react badly at times.
He is currently unaware that Wolfia has invaded Ethirus due to being held captive after his plane exploded and his body guard Hans was presumably killed or captured. Currently the Ethirusian army is fighting the Wolfian forces as the RAF has began the defence against the Wolfian bombers.
