Well, even the Romans didn't have an understanding of the world beyond the Baltic Sea. It's silly to speak of a Nordic community through Roman lens.

I'm afraid I've never been exposed to the knowledge of such genetic information that makes one Germanic... I remain unconvinced of its genetic boundaries. I regard 'Germanic' as principally a cultural and linguistic label.

...the Romans were many many races. Nordic was not one of them, as Rome never made it to Scandinavia.


The two most recognized races were of course Greek and Lombard/Italian.

Only thing I liked about the guy, really. He had some messed up political views and the guy was a whackjob. But I will say it's a shame he died in that biking accident. He had such promise.
