Since his inception china has taken a very aggressive nationalist stance, with synic's final goal being nothing less than the unity of all of asian into a continental spanning empire. His ambition and distrust of foreign nations due to historical precedent makes him hard to approach for most, though thankfully his pragmatic nature usually prevails and he can sustain limited relations with other nations for mutual benefit. Depending on the prevailing situation he can be very cold and distant with other nations, but workable and cooperative with in a serious situation,or he can be extremely aggressive, the only thing restraining him from war being practical considerations, and not any sense of peace being preferable to war.
