Yes, I think you find that when one nation controls so much technology and a majority of the sever hubs that cyber-terrorism will be a major problem for you. America is now at war with the Confederate states. Your allies are in far away regions and I've got dozens more ICBMs than everybody except maybe America, but I've definitely got most of the more modern ones. Plus Boeing is pretty big in the Northwest and I've got a fairly massive population with modern military. All I need is Canada on my side and I've almost certainly got a victory. I picked my spot for many reasons and those were just a few of the advantages that I've got.
