"Those who reached my boundary, their seed is not; their hearts and their souls are finished forever and ever. As for those who had assembled before them on the sea, the full flame was their front before the harbour mouths, and a wall of metal upon the shore surrounded them. They were dragged, overturned, and laid low upon the beach; slain and made heaps from stern to bow of their galleys, while all their things were cast upon the water." - Ramesses III., Battle of the Delta

My headcannon on changelings is pratically based on this fanmade guide.
Anyway, I'm going to bed, and I'm going to be busy, tomorrow. So, I'll post perhaps Sunday.

Eh. Seems a bit structured and free to me.

You're thinking of Aurora. Who is a complete super genius mad mare that broke the fabric of space time and reality, essentially making herself god of everything. Except she's too insane to even use it. Logic, y'know.

Same question stands though for Aurora.
I don't have a ponysona.

There seems to be a drive in the fandom to portray changelings sympathetically, given the common episode idea to have the the Mane 6 find a lost baby changeling. Probably drives such ideas of complex societies, especially those similar to ponies. I prefer to think of them just like bees, where there's the workers, the queen, and maybe a few drones. Nothing too complicated.

Occupation: Entertainer/Magician
Appearance:
(Image)
Cutie mark: Magic Wand
Bio: Trixie's past isn't greatly explored, though considering her weak magic, it's likely that she, a Unicorn, developed the persona of "The Great and Powerful Trixie" inorder to mask her own feelings of inferiority. She did attend the same school as Twilight, though it's not known if she graduated. Considering that she's about the same age as Twilight, and is a traveling Magician I suspect she dropped out of the school before taking on her stage persona. One day she visited Ponyville where she began asserting herself as having the most powerful magics in the land, to which she was challenged, and succeeded for a time in humiliating those who would challenge her claims, one of which was that she had defeated a Ursa Major. Two Ponyville citizens ended up awaking what they believed to be an Ursa Major, and made their way to Trixie who in shock in horror eventually tried to use her magics to defeat the creature, but her magic is harmless, and did little. To which, she finally admitted her claim to be a fraud. Twilight Sparkles had to save the day, and Trixie. It was revealed that the creature was actually an Ursa Minor, which only greatened the effect the whole event had on Trixies reputation.
Everywhere she went, trying to put the event behind her, she was met with reminders. The work of a traveling Magician could no longer support her, as everyone knew her to be all talk, and no bite. She had to resort to working on the Pie Family Rock Farm, and it was around this time that her bitterness towards Twilight began to burn. She tracked down a relic, the Alicorn Amulet which would grant her mastery of Magic, and returned to Ponyville where she challenged Twilight Sparkles to a magic duel, and was victorious. Trixie then banished twilight from the settlement, and under the effects of the Amulet began what could be considered enslaving the population to do her bidding. Trixie was eventually tricked into removing the amulet, and free from it's influence, apologizes for her actions, and provides fire works for guests of the state from Saddle Arabia. She again attempts to leave in a puff of smoke, but, as before, does so rather poorly.
-I could also include some background from the IDW comics, though I only know little of her role in them-
Personality: Trixie's stage persona always speaks in the third person to press the illusion that she her self is a powerful user of magic. The Great and Powerful Trixie is boastful, and dramatic; full of confidence. Yet behind this persona lies the true self, someone with an immense feeling of inferiority due to her poor magics. For reasons unstated her actual magic is subpare to the common unicorn, and thus she compensates with the use of stage magic, and tricks of the eye. She strives on ego, and elements that feed it as the air of superiority allows her to cope with the inner feelings of inferiority.
Note: Trixiana's Superiority Complex is never resolved in the show.
Edit: I've been reading bits of the IC, so I have a vague Idea of what's been going on. Don't know if it's a good time for Trixie to be around, so I should probably start work on an original character as well, should my take on Trixie be accepted, and even if not. If not, I'll still try to get some sort of app up.
