Scotland is also directly allied to Russia and Spain (Sweden too but they are not a GP).

Also we are sort of allied to Alaska and kind of have understandings with the Andean Empire.

Oh and then we have Vinland (L'Nord) and Daskina (I think I spelled that right, whatever Bengali Australia is) in our sphere. Also Siam is in there two now (I believe). But none of these are GPs so who cares.
