EDIT: Also, if the Andeans somehow now about my invasion of Panama but I can somehow not know about their plans for the Grenadine Confed, I humbly ask to remove said part of preparation from my post.

EDIT2: Also, I only noticed just now, but I think it's a bit unfair that the Andeans are able to take over half of an entire continent with no repercussions whereas when Bavaria unites Germany - as they were meant to - the entire world goes fucking batshit crazy.

Si, except for Colonge, Bohemia, Pomerania and the NI States.

Cologne and Pomerania are fighting Bavaria, Bohemia is neutral but in favour of Bavaria and the NI States are neutral in their entirety (I think?).

Most of it yes, and some by a few others, but there are a few independent states. Plus after this Bavaria civil war thing who knows what will happen in the end?

Pomerania (controlled by Vred) and Cologne (controlled by Ublia).

I don't think there are any German states not controlled by players.
