India has 5 nations (India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan), South Africa has Swziland and Lesotho, two nations it didn't claim, and even I was given Armenia and Azerbaijan, and even a part of Iran I didn't even claim. Remember, the rule you set was 3 nations in the app.

Depends on your version of conquer. Is it possible to place troops in Somalia? Most certainly. Is it possible to control it? Nope. You would face scores of Extremists, Drug Lords, Insurgents, Wannabe Warlords, and Desert Emirs. They would control large swaths of the country. It is, however, possible for you to control the MOST major cities.

If everything goes right with my conquest of Yugoslavia, I will. But it won't. As it will be so close to Italy, the EU will doubtless declare war.
