By the way, how should, I actually RP the solidification process?

Exactly. Iran and Iraq combined have quite a tad bit of oil. Though you'll have to go your oil supplies from others.

Well, I may get Scandinavia to become part of the Conglomerate. I'm sure Finland would be happy to seeing as how big brother bear is busy reforming the USSR and may see Finland as its next target.

Actually, no, I have no plans at all for the Baltics or the Nordic countries. Claim Finland if you want. I wouldn't really care. I'm going to attack the Caucasus.
