How's about not doing that as I know what that entails (you say you will protect me and in return you get have my resources) so let's not do that. Instead we should discuss peaceful trade or if hostilities arise peaceful non- co-operation :eyebrow:. What do you say?

Well guys, I've liberated Italy and am holding elections in it. :)

It's not wise to give up Italy. Without Italian food supplies, production, and funds, your surviving colonies will get WRECKED by us.

Yes well there's a problem foreign troops on my soil. I'm sure India can fend for itself. But why would another naoto feel the need to negotiate for military access only to give it away to another nation? It makes no sense? Especially as that other nation would then have to negotiate for military access right?

The center of government has fallen. Those colonies are now leaderless and isolated. I've removed Italy from the NRE so technically the African nations are the NRE minus Italy.

China wants military access in the USA, not India. He wants to build a base for America to get that access.

I'm a bit ignorant on the subject so can someone please explain to me why one nation would willingly let another nation create a military foothold on your land? Are there any benefits? Risks?

Oh, well even without Russian support he is screwed.

Again, without Italy's industrial strength and food supply, the colonies will be starving and will not have enough ammo to shoot at us.
