I did that when Crunchyroll (An anime site) suddenly flipped out on me and wouldn't load anything. Nothing happened to it. Simply one moment it worked and the next it didn't. I tried for half and hour to fix it. At the end, I was so mad I was like "FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCCCCC* THIS *HIT!!!!!!!!!!!" And nearly flipped my Computer.

On nuclear weapons, twelve years isn't enough time to let WMDs deteriorate beyond use. Besides I think most everyone will be maintaining their supplies just not using them.

South Korea and Japan are both extremely powerful. They are fused into one superpower.
India only gained Bhutan, Bangladesh, and Nepal. Those 3 are not extremely powerful. All 3 are backwash, third world countries.
