Unlike the rest of Africa, it would take decades to settle down, but it would happen eventually.

That's why, in practice, Somalia is my very last target.

That's because it's government is a bunch of warlords fighting with each other. If the Iverik's, after taming rest of Africa, marched in and spent years weeding out the warlords, things would change.
