They would get into the single digits, though I couldn't see them topping the Federation. So, they'd move up to a nine or eight.

Taking into the geological complications, the defender would win.

I could use the Indian Ocean + my control of the Suez to force them to waste lots of fuel, and it gives me plenty of time to mobilize and to slow them down. I also have slightly better technology then them. However due to their numbers, I simply couldn't successfully annex them. In reality, to successfully annex a place, you practically do have to border it.

So again, it would be defender that wins, or a stalemate.

EU would win due to better economy and simply more tanks and such. I'm guess what would happen is first they charge in, I push them quite out, and in their second main change they gain a foot hold in the Empire's land.

I'm surprised your aggressiveness towards them hasn't push them away from the OGIC entirely. While you'd win, it would be a such a pain in the ass to successfully integrate them.
