You take a closer look at the reactor controls. They seem to be pretty cramped. There are 4 panels, 1 for the coolant systems, one for the reactor, one for the generator and one for the computer. It seems as if the computer was still in working order. There is a large lever between the computer's panel and the rest of the panels. A large sign above it says: Manual/Automatic. While you are messing around, you realize that you are standing on papers... Reports, printed out by the reactor's computer. One of them reads:
- Coolant leak detected - Reactor core overheating - Emergency reactor Shutdown initiated -
What would you like to do now?

A: Pull the big lever towards "Manual".
B: Inspect the tools atop the reactor core!
C: Look for other doors in the room.

...
You just totally ignored my vote.

Then he shouldn't have put it at all.

Suuuuure.

Seriously, no matter what it is, you cannot deny them the option of choosing. It was an option YOU put in yourself. I wanted to check out the sounds. I only voted to go back to get the story going.

2 people chose to go elsewhere.

The story would be going if we could check some of the stuff in THIS room

You decide to inspect the tools left near the reactor core... You are familiar with some of them. There is A heavy Welder linked to some gas tanks and a large electric drill and a flex plugged in to a battery... but there are also some other tools that don't bring back any memories. As If you have never seen them before. They have an odd shape and they are not plugged into any sort of power source. They do, however have strange symbols written on their sides and purple buttons that might trigger some sort of function.

Next to the tools you find welding marks on the reactor core. They are still warm...
There are plenty of options now...
A: Try pushing the purple button on the strange T shaped tool
B: Experiment with the odd-looking Y Shaped tool that has some sort of display on its side.
C: Check for other exits form this room.
D: Get back to the machine room!

As you push the button, a strange, deep sound feels the room. The tool is rather heavy, so its long end is still touching on the metal floor... the same floor you are standing on, which suddenly feels very cold beneath your feet.
What's the plan?

A: Keep pushing the button!
B: Let Go of it!
If B....
x: Try the Y tool
y: Pull the big panel lever towards Manual
z: touch the floor to see how cold it is

C: Hold down the button with your teeth, while using the 'Y' took with your hands.
