Oh! Tomia! I has questions:
1. We'll be starting at the beginning of a new year right?
2. Will we RP each class out or skip over some of them?

1. Yes
2. We'll probably be skipping around, as it suits the plot.

Don't go too overboard though, faux-angst without any kind of justification tends to get annoying. Just a word of advice.

Yes, I am.
And don't worry Utceforp, I think I'm going more with goth than emo, she doesn't socialise much sure, but she does appreciate art and poetry. She sure as hell doesn't hate herself. . . Although I imagine there would be rumours :P

Student:
Name- Temnyy Anakora
Age- 15
Gender- Female
Appearance-
Temnyy is usually found wearing black. She is average height and very slight build. Her eyes are a deep blue and she has long, flowing raven hair.
Race- Dark Elf
Personality- Withdrawn, dark, quick to develop negative relationships, has an appreciation for poetry and art.
How many years have they attended
the school?: 2
House- Abisila
Skills: Tem is a mage who specialises in Entropic magics which affects the flow of energy through the body. She is not skilled enough to use more advanced spells, such as paralysis inducing spells or draining energy from others but she has perfected a sleep spell along with several "hexes". Also dabbles in "black magic" when she finds time away from prying eyes.
Weaknesses: Pyrophobic, lacks self confidence and motivation, hates everyone.
Equipment: Pocket knife, entropic notes, notepad, sketching pencils, sketchpad, black leather studded wristband (decorative) and black gloves with the fingers cut off, the sleeves of the gloves extend up to her elbows.
Bio: Temnyy was born in Yendell amongst dark elves of her own kind. Her mother and father never truly joined in marriage and he left as soon as he heard of his wife's pregnancy. Temnyy handled this rather well despite what everyone, her mother included, thought. It wasn't long before Tem was classified as an outsider to the culture, her magical affinity for entropy was unerring and made many spring to the conclusion of necromancy and black magic. Tem hated the narrow mindedness of the world, the way it hated anything that was remotely scary or dangerous. She on the other hand saw the beauty in the darker side of the world, the intricate patterns formed by a withered flower or the way words could be used to describe her emotions truthfully, and if listened to, could inspire said emotions in others. Suffice to say, it was not in her bigger plan to land up at Karmiar but her mother felt that the better schooling environment would help her "get better" (as her mother put it). She follows the day to day rituals and routines fluently but doesn't waste time with others, she prefers to write, or draw or study her magic. Recently she has found a forbidden love in the black arts she was accused of for so many years. A dangerous love which she hides fiercely from all.

Student:

Name-Nar'Gosh Vog

Age-18

Gender-Male

Appearance-Grey skin, hairless, gold green eyes, muscular physique.

Race- Castin

Personality- Strong willed and bloody minded but with a moral compass gained from his faith. Has a desire to learn more of the civilized world and a hunger for knowledge both martial and academic.

How many years have they attended the school?: 1

House- Davmor

Skills: Well versed in the use of all weapons. His preference however is for his clans own weapons which are the bolas, net, spear, fighting staff and throwing axe. Has an almost animalistic sense of smell. Has a peculiar affinity with animals of all kinds. Canoot control them but can empathize with and befriend them easily.

Weaknesses: Prone to bouts of berserker fury in combat, mean streak alcoholic, has an addiction to a narcotic stimulant from Terminith called Blood Grass. He cannot stand violence against animals and will act to stop it whenever he can. Becomes uncomfortable and claustrophobic in large crowds.

Equipment: Half Plate armor, 2 handed axe, dagger, 1 throwing axe, pouch for blood grass, pipe, flint and steel, tinder stick clumps.

Bio: Nar'Gosh Vog was born of a shaman and a chieftan of Clan Vog. His mother prophesied that he would grow to be a mighty warrior priest or a reaver of unparalled savagery and cruelty. Because of this prophecy his father, afraid of his son for what he might become, tried to abandon him in the wilderness. 5 years after this the chieftan, believing his son to be dead, began receiving reports of a large pack of lizard hounds and other dangerous beasts that roamed the wild that were attacking the thrall communities that paid homage to their tribe. Seeking to protect the thrall communities and the economic boost they provided the tribe, Chieftain Vog lead a war party of 50 warriors to track the pack of beasts. However the shaman priestess insisted on accompanying them, for her goddess Quaria had sent her a vision and told her she must go with her mate to protect her blood. When he managed to track the beasts to their lair he found that not only had his son survived the wilderness for 5 years, becoming as savage and wild as any animal, but that the beasts were under his command. Convinced that he must do away with his son once and for all he ordered an attack. The boy responded by setting his beasts on the war party. In the fight that followed Nar'Gosh killed his father in a savage fury and his animals killed the entire war party, though they themselves died to do it. The only survivor was his mother, whose priestly magic allowed her to escape her sons wrath. Returning to the den some days later the priestess, aided by a conclave of acolytes, subdued the child and brought him back to the Clan. For another 5 years Nar'Gosh was rehabilitated back into Orc society. His mother fostered him in her temple and taught him to speak, read, and write, as well as tutoring him in the dogma of Quaria. In his 10th year the clan's new chieftan decided to induct him into the raiding parties that ranged out from the clan to fight territory skirmishes with other clans. Nar'Gosh, already taller and stronger than most his age, was used as a scout and pathfinder for the main body of the raiding parties. He proved to be an unparalleled ambusher, often ranging far away from the main group to kill isolated scout parties from rival clans singlehandedly. By the end of his 15th year he had gained notoriety as one of Clan Vogs most accomplished killers. However it was that same year that he discovered Blood Grass and became addicted to it. Not a year later while out on a ranging Nar'Gosh came upon an enemy encampment of at least 20 enemy slaver clansmen. High on Blood Grass he attempted to take them all on himself. He slew 10 of them before being brought down. He was brought before the enemy chief and given a choice, turn on his clan and be given a seat as right hand to the chief, with access to all the blood grass and concubines he desired, or be sold into slavery. Shamefully he gave in to his addiction and joined the enemy chief. With his knowledge of his clans troops positions, Nar'Gosh allowed the enemy clan to eliminate Clan Vog in one fell swoop. Anguished over the loss of his Clan and the death of his mother by the hands of his news clansmens warriors, Nar'Gosh retreated again from civilization, living off the wilderness in the mountains and killing any Orc he saw. He remained this way for 2 years until he received a vision from Quaria. She told him of a great Castle on Mount Arnas where he must go if he ever hoped to find redemption. After a a month of self debate he decided he would go. It took him a year to complete the journey but when he arrived outside the gates he received another vision from Quaria, this one telling him to train and grow strong and warning him of the consequences should he fail. He has been at the castle ever since, training to master both weapons and his own mind. For the blood o the wilderness is strong within him.

I think the age is a little high, a 22 year old probably wouldn't be at the school anymore, and definitely would have been there at the school for more than 2 years. Also the house section is the houses of the school that are in the OP.

We should work out a schedule for everyone. Obviously the ten year olds and the seventeen year olds aren't going to be in the same classes.

Yes of course, the classes will be divided by age for the most part. Once we get close to starting classes in the IC I will work out a schedule.

For the houses will it be a bit like say Harry potter where they have roommate and different rooms or is everyone together in the same room to sleep?

It will probably more be like a large barracks for each house. There will be room but there will be large and have about four or five people to them.

I am hoping these barracks are separated by gender, for all common decency XD

Ok I think I fixed it.
