I have made requirements for joining.If a nation wishes to join, they must:
1. Your nation may not be too large. If you are larger than 1,000,000 square kilometers [≈ Egypt, country ranked 29th by area], you may not join our alliance.
2. You may not be a fascist nation.
3. You must be accepted by 2 of the following three nations: the United Republic of Korea, Iceland and New Zealand.
4. You must be at least a second world nation, but preferably a first world nation.
