I also have to say that since a treaty in the IC has not happened to stop the war, I am still at war with Orum and will take any measures to win it.

But here's my side of the bargain, You can have military bases in Kamchatka, but the territory is mine, your troops will be able to go through my lands, and your planes will be able to fly over my air space, and when I get the Russian Industry set up again you're going to get a nice supply of guns coming your way.

Do what you will. But I'm pretty sure Scot will come in and simply rule it null and void. He has already made a decision on the matter.

Null and void as in Orum has already stated no territory will be taken from him and Scot agreed with that. So a treaty would change nothing. No territorial changes would be made.

According to what Scot said nothing would be gained by Mars. I'm guessing hegemony is part of that.

You do realize there is a claim limit, ja? So having Micronesia, Indonesia, Japan and apparently part of Russia in addition to Australia proper puts you at the claim limit.
