Hmm... maybe he can join in with the Canadian navy, or be a privateer for some nations so he has something to do. Maybe he can claim the Canary Islands as a base, who knows? Realistically, this ship would have just joined in with Canada a long time ago. If Morrow Den does not want to play anymore, we could switch ownership over to this new guy.

well, I have to say something.
I told Caine about the Rp, and he wanted to be the U.S.S Helios, and I suggested the Kingdom of the Netherlands (Belgium and the Netherlands) encase he was not accepted with the Helios.

That would put him in a bad position as that area is being occupied by germany.

Well first off, The NGB owns Belgium. Secondly, I'm not sure how a Canadian auxiliary ship with a crew of 100 makes the leap to being in charge of the Netherlands.

No I think you misunderstood. If I wasn't accepted as the Canadian ship with a crew of 100, I could reapply as the Netherlands and have the territory he said he'd give me with it.

That wasn't what he meant. You missed the beginning of the conversation. If being a single ship was too unorthodox in a nation RP, then he would apply as a dutch nation. He was accepted as a ship, and now we are discussing those plans in reflection.

No, I understand that after his most recent post. I'm saying it's not too unorthodox, and that if he wants he can continue as the ship. If he wants to play as the Dutch instead, that's fine too.

true, but sailing ships would be cheaper.

Sailing ships are unreliable. There is a higher chance of crashing into rocks, and the wind is not always constant.
