I'm fairly certain they do, some of the PDF from Astartes world tend to be used in IG roles. The Macragge PDF comes to mind so I guess you can consider them slightly more flexible PDF.

And as agreed, it's not so much an Astartes homeworld as a recruiting world.

EDIT: Which means the tithe grade will be in the solutio range at least. I could see the Astartes commander being in the triumvirate, but making the fortress-monastery the de facto capital is just a bit too Space Marine-y.

Indeed, my beautiful fanon Chapter is based on Calverta and draws from the all the worlds of the system for recruitment but mainly just Calverta. Those lazy Marine's never do anything anyway

I'm the same, I have a tabletop Astartes army painted in custom colors but I've never once played the TT game.
