Welcome! Though the intro is a bit cliche, it fits the roleplay relatively well. Today, I've decided to write up a roleplay that I've had in my head for quite a while now. Hopefully it will gain attention, and if not, I'll be extremely irritated. But in any case, I will begin by explaining it in a bit more detail.
Gameplay/Concept
So, the roleplay takes place in a world where Orcs and Dragons exist, but in a slightly different form. Orcs are civilized, they rule tribes and small towns, and dragons died out long before the humans started to form coherent groups. At the time of the roleplay, Orc civilization is booming, humans have begun to form their own tribes, and the world is filled with dangerous beasts. This is where you come in. You are to rule a tribe/town, whether Orcish or Human, and rise to power. The future of this world, and the land on which you thrive, is up to you as player. If you wish to be a warmonger, and destroy all in your path, feel free to. If you wish to expand your reach through peace and diplomacy, go ahead. If you wish nothing more then to watch as the inferior Orcs or Humans burn, that's your choice. And so, join. I'd be ecstatic if you joined.
Orcs
Orcs are a six-foot, green skinned race. Though overall similar to humans, they have multiple differences, both in personality and appearance. Their faces are often rather flat and short, with two small tusks often poking out over the top lip. Though capable of diplomacy and peace, they are known to be rather easily angered.
In recent years, Orcish civilizations have been thriving. With three major factions rising to power, trade relations have grown and kingdoms are almost certain to spring up. Through this economic and cultural boom, Humans have begun to stake their own land, the most notable of which being named Keira. Although this time will provide comfort to both races, it also promises conflict. War is on the horizon.
Preset Factions(For LORE purposes)
Rules-
No Godmodding. If I must, I WILL add your destruction to the Lore. I'd prefer to leave this to the other players, however.
No major Technological advances. In the original roleplay, somebody created gunpowder and decided to kill everybody because he could. This, and any similar incidents, will not happen here.
No major Lore edits. Although something small, like saying the founder/leader of your tribe helped wipe out the Dragons, is OK... I don't want anything major.
No Magic/indestructible beings. Magic isn't something you see in this world, and hasn't been since the Dragons. No enchanted armor, no mages. Same goes for huge beasts.
No Bullying/Flaming/Trolling. Although I dislike using the word Bullying, as it sounds childish, it happens quite a bit in competitive roleplays such as this. Take other player's feelings into account.
Keep things PG. As always, I don't need to hear about the love affair between Hulka and Friwen in Tagrut and Ralk.
My word is law. If I wish to call you out on something, I'm able to. Don't pretend that your Vibranium shields aren't godmodding.
Finally, the "Have Fun" cliche. Because I'm a hipster.
