I have to explain more in history, but essentially this:
- 13 colonies were Spanish
- founding gov't was based on something similar to what Alexander Hamilton would have wanted (more merchant-based and anti-isolationism)
- Still figuring how I got India, but it's looking like Portugal had bigger colonization base there in the Portuguese East India Company which is bought as a result of a "splendid little war" against Portugal with Britain's help
- And Central America isn't a colony and those are states since there isn't a language barrier like IRL. They are spanish and accepted as states. They also provided a base to the Pacific, thus they were annexed.
