This is so complicated figuring out how to make it so that I can have Fildero pull a "Frank Underwood" and get around some rules to get Gujarat to be a state and hold the election. Also complicated to make it so that India would be the department next in line to get the statehood.

The history of France, in Europe at the very least, is practically the same until 1803, when the Napoleonic War, or as it's known in France 'La Grande Guerre Patriotique' and in Northern Italy 'La Guerra dei Lumi', began. I suspect Taiwan and Macau would be claims rather than Cores, by the way.



Though, considering Taiwan is a colony and Macau an unincorporated city, I guess both would work fine.
