I mentioned Dalish doesn't translate well. Another example is that "I am filled with sorrow for your loss" literally translates to "Very sorrow, my heart"

Oh, then why do you say rouge?

All I know is that it's the French word for red.

As a joke due to the valid earlier complaint that so many people say rouge instead of rogue. I've taken to calling it the "French red" class.

Yep, I've also got a plan to pay for the ale you took. Don't want to end like that Qunari in that cage in the middle of town.

I've got more than just the bartab as the raiding of farmsteads for loot.

Name: Jerick

Race: Human

Age: 28

Gender:Male

Appearance:

Personality: Quiet and confident. It can take some time before Jerick opens up to those he doesn’t know.

Personal belongings: Bent Shortsword, Several coppers, quiver, dented shoulder guards, studded leather armor, tattered cloak, Enchanted ring

Bio: Jerick was born in a village in the middle of nowhere. After he came to manhood he followed in his father’s footsteps and became a hunter. After several years of hunting his father passed away and Jerick felt the need to leave his village. Before his father passed however he gave his son an heirloom that had been in their family for some time. The heirloom was a small bronze ring with no indications that it was special in any way, or valuable for that matter. Jerick left behind his home and began his journey, that, after several mishaps would leave him in Orlais. With hardly any money Jerick utilized the one skill he was best at, shooting things with bow and arrow. Jerick served a well to do noble family as an entertainer and guard. One unfortunate day another noble family sent a bard to murder the family Jerick had served faithfully for several years. Jerick was framed for the murder and was forced to flee back to Ferelden.

After returning Jerick headed towards Denerim, however his bad luck had not yet run its course. After nearing Denerim, Jerick was hunting and killed a deer. After bringing it back to Denerim the local guard apprehended him. Unbeknownst to him, Jerick had been hunting on the Royal hunting grounds. However before his sentencing the king called his banners, the fifth blight had begun. Jerick was given the choice of going to prison or serving the king as an archer. Jerick choose the latter and went to Ostagar. After the battle had begun Jerick was stationed on the bridge overlooking the battle. The section Jerick was standing on was hit by a catapult and Jerick fell from the bridge. Somehow he survived and after a time awoke and escaped the battlefield before the Darkspawn fell upon him. Jerick didn’t know how the battle played out, only that the King had lost. With his weapons and body broken Jerick eventually found his way to Lothering.

Hope this is alright.

I really want to thank Marise for making it clear that Kaya is in fact a thief. Really cleared some stuff up for Adeth.

Not too much really, we haven't gotten far. Bandits were cleared off by a team of Marise, Emmittyn, and Ellisia. Soren and Lenavel are two Dales from friendly clans, both having lost theirs (Sorens by death and Lenavel's by physically losing them) and there are some guys who were at Ostagar and stumbled to Lothering.

Literally every rogue.

Due to the high frequency of people spelling it "rouge", I call them "French reds"

Adeth, Kaya, and Marise are all at the inn in one big group, not sure about anyone else.. Of course, one of them is holding a knife to the other. Intervene at your own risk.

My character fell off a high bridge, I doubt he'd be in much of a state to do anything but cough blood on someone.

Conveniently, we have 2 mages that might be able to heal that right in front of a templar.

Well it's been quite a day. I may post once more later, before hitting the hay. I hope the rewards are adequate seeing how a noble simply doesn't carry much gold.
