Soren sounds like a good name, though if you like "a", a good Welsh one might be Afanen or Arwel or Alwyn or Aneirin

City elves live as long as humans, the Dalish live ~600-700 years, but get "old" at around 200-300, or so without the use of magic (like Zathrian did) to look younger.
