I heard he isn't in the house in the OOC. Still just because we have proof of a blood mage doesn't mean we'd have proof of a Tevinter blood mage. It just means there's a blood mage on the loose in Sentinel Ford.

Yeah, I'm paranoid however. That might be the issue with the blood. Hopefully it's just a murder scene or an animal sacrifice. Actually, that would be a humiliating way to undo the error at least with the blood is to discover it's a bunch of animals being sacrificed.

I think I've fixed it with a bizarre altar and a bunch of dead animals in the house. Now that's what we call a plot twist.

There is debate surrounding the whole situation, about the Dalish living longer (and it is stated they have continually expanding lifespans) and the causes for city elves to gain lifespans similar to humans. It is known, however, that humanity itself destroyed Elven immortality after the fall of Arlathan, but since the time of the Dales they have been getting older and older.

That's a discussion as provided by a person who examined lore.

And, as stated by some other people in the discussion, Ilan's father can be an oversight on the count of the developers.

Zathrian's immortality and lifespan is due to being attached to the werewolf curse, and he could of easily lied about other Elves as to provide some credibility to his claims.

The fact that the Dalish hold on to more lore is because they devote their existence to finding the lore of their people, whereas the city elves are content to let it be in comparison.

That's an analysis by a person, not a canon source.
