Moreso on a God-to-God level. The Ghul are pretty much a bunch of nomadic hordes that raid the outside occasionally and only really threaten more "civilized" people when they are united in one great horde, which only happens under The Beast's blessing, so the Dwarfs really wouldn't have much to worry about.

I doubt Celestius would be there, either. He's too busy researching to do literally anything; he only speaks to his people once in a millennium.
