Haha
Either that or by the time you finish the Kremlin Palace, you will need to rename it the Grand Palais du Kremlin, for it will belong to the Glorious Kingdom of France.

Infrastructure: (description of your nation's infrastructure)
Army: Currently the French Army is composed of 635,110 professional soldiers; around 689,111 are reserved. The French Army is considered as one of the best in Europe and the World. The amount of experience, technology, armament, training, and prestige that the French army has is known throughout the world. The French army is also one of the most technologically advanced which gives it the advantage to create new tactics and improve existing ones in order to increase the effective of its armament. The French Army is also very diverse. Soldiers are trained in two different geographical scenarios throughout the world - from deserts to deep jungle to European landscapes, soldiers receive a strict military training and are expose to harsh conditions in order to build their resiliency to the hardships of warfare. With the creation of the Foreign Legion, the government wants to create a prestigious, effective, superior elite force for the French Armed Forces. Soldiers who are part of this group receive training in many more geographical scenarios than the standard army. Although still infant, the Foreign Legion is increasingly becoming more and more prestigious within the French Armed Forces.
Navy: The French Navy has 145 Ships-of-the-line, without counting the rest of the navy. Although a large number of the ships-of-the-line, 53 of them were commissioned between 1792 to 1804, in other words part of the current French Navy is not as "updated" as the French government would like it to be. The French Navy is the second most experienced and advanced navy in the world (after the British navy and tied with the Spanish navy) and it has the capabilities of overseeing France's colonial holdings. The French Marines are also one of the most experience Marine corps in the world, however the French Foreign Legion (in this AH created in 1815) has been gathering tremendous experience in global tactics; yet still, the Foreign Legion is in an infant state currently.

Nation Name: Deutscher Bund (German Union)
National Symbols: Flag (confederate)
Anthem: lol, where's germany? (creative translation)
Capital City: Frankfurt-am-Main
Government Type: Confederation.
Leader(s): Kaiser Franz I of Sudreich, Volksmarschall Adolf Gottschalk of Bayern, Bundeskanzler Johann Weil of Hamburg-Hannover, Präsident Bernard Keil of Baden-Württemberg.
Population, Nation: um... est. 49,413,400 [source]
Population, Empire: disunified germany cannot into empire
Location: Das ganze Deutschland soll es sein!
Economy: Germany's economic activity is mostly centred, as with most of Europe, around craftsmen and agriculture. Land reform copied in Prussia and initiated in the revolutionary South has greatly boosted agricultural output; in the Republics, the peasants, influenced by the Enlightenment, played an active role, while in Prussia and Austria paternalism continues to dominate. As many tenant farmers are found landless, many have begun emigrating to the cities, the Republics, or both, with a steady trickle also headed for America. Hamburg is a world leader in industrialisation, but the rest of the Confederation is lagging behind, although the elimination of tariff barriers between the German states has facilitated trade and in particular the textile industry. Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg in particular are enjoying great economic benefit from the establishment of institutional reforms as a result of the revolution, with Prussia and Austria itching to follow as soon as their nobility will allow it.
Infrastructure: Being a European nation, infrastructure across the Confederation is of a fairly developed level, especially with the urbanisation taking place at the end of the 18th century. Roads are common and often paved, and the states of Hamburg-Hannover and Prussia (particularly around the Ruhr) the first whisperings of steam power are audible in the mines and dockyards, although German industry is still unfortunately in it's infancy.
Army: Approx. 725,000 men serve in the collective armies of the Confederacy's member-states. The armies, although far from standardised, have developed a high level of military equipment and martial prowess, largely due to the eternal wars being waged across central Europe, which have only relatively recently been ceased within Germany itself as a result of the Confederation's existence.
Navy: The Confederacy possesses no navy of it's own, and is instead dependent on the embryonic Prussian and more developed Hannoverian navy for her naval defence. The Prussian navy consists of two ships of the line, eight frigates, and three lighter ships, intended for transport, while the Hannoverian navy operates twelve ships of the line, eighteen frigates, and a number of lighter ships in addition to their merchant navy.
Goals: The official goal of the Confederation is the final unification of all German-speaking states. How exactly that unification will take place is unclear, especially with the ongoing conflict between monarchies and republics within the Confederation.
Imperial Ambitions: Holstein und Pommern must be returned to the Fatherland!
History: The history of Germany as we know it today- a loose collection of disconnected states sharing a language- can essentially be traced back to the foundation of the Holy Roman Empire in 800 AD, which upset very many people and is widely regarded as a Bad Move, particularly by those conquered by it. The Empire as it was then lasted very shortly, however- indeed, by 843 AD, the state was divided into three successor states, among them the Rex Teutonicum, or Kingdom of Germany. That was the very first German state, and it was a model that would not be imitated for a very long time for all it's Ost- and Sud-siedlung; without a strong state to make it so, and with the Holy Roman Empire growing increasingly irrelevant, no opportunity presented itself for the creation of another, leading instead to the formation of a hundred smaller states.
What is Germany?
It's a question that was asked often enough that by the latter half of the eighteenth century, the intellectuals, free-thinkers, and rabble-rousers had gathered together their myopic energies in forcing the question on the Holy Roman Emperor himself to attempt to answer it. Unfortunately, the summer winds of 1782 had a different goal in mind; namely, revolution. From the beer-halls and commune-halls of Bavaria, Baden, and Bohemia, a storm tore through Germany, upsetting the balance of power and what had been for hundreds of years. For one brief, glorious moment, from Berlin to Bern, from Bonn to Berndorf, they stood at the barricades, the vanguards of Germany, black, red, and gold waving in the wind- until Prussian soldiers and Austrian mercenaries cut them down.
By the winter of 1784, things had returned to relative normality. The revolutionary spirit in the South remained unbroken, although cracks had appeared in their resolved; Prussia and Austria licked their wounds, with Bohemia, one of the most vigorous of the revolutionary states, returned to Habsburg rule, and while the Swiss, Bavarians, Baden-Württembergers, and fickle Hannoverians allied on one side, with Prussia, Austria, and the many royal cousin-states across Germany on the other. Conscious of spilling German blood once more, the survivors agreed a truce and treaty; thus, the German Confederation came to be, an alliance held together by gold, iron, and the prayers of desperate men, the only anchor keeping Germany from further bloodshed- and in the mind of the grumbling majority, true unification.

Yes, however, Gran Colombia, Peru, y Bolivia are taken.
Spain have colonized the area, but they, in this timeline, have rebelled for some unknown reason.
