Explain how the UPA didn't get to that land (since we didn't have to cross mountains) before you tho.

I think that's a major issue we need to discuss, you assumed the UPA had no intention of expanding Westward and somehow you got past the Rockies and beat us to that land. Keep in mind you also have parts of Siberia. Perhaps we can renegotiate some of Oklahoma, Kansas, Iowa, etc. keeping that in mind?
