Between November 2nd and 9th, the following Encrypted orders were sent out by Earth's Superpowers to the Colony Directors:

- NAAFTA -
Abandon the Mining Operations On Volcanic Landmass and relocate to a more secure environment.

- EU -
Try to establish relations with sentient native life.
Support construction of Spaceport.

- Russia -
Improve Relations with the EU colony
Invest in off-world Research when the time is right.

- Japan -
Sell Uranium to the moon colony.

Each superpower except for EU has also provided subsidy of 2 billion C~ to it's colonies.

What about Media and the ability to control knowledge that goes to the mother countries?

Must be some guys on Earth with the wrong frequency. After all, nobody would contact them out here, in this boring post... Right?"

when there will be ones, you can negotiate prices.
There are no awards for following orders, but you superpower will be very upset if you do the exact opposite of what they tell you to do...
