And again, its not mandatory to pay for the spaceport. You can spend all your money on modules or resources if you feel like it...

Ok and the money for the EU is the money they wanted

Mars is also an EU colony so maybe He could pay some money too...

Actually, I skipped this part, so its up you to decide.
Maybe I'll add a tech for it if there is demand, but natives already have a "Negotiate" card which lets them talk to humans if they spend 3 PPs.
By the way, Everything is ok with the last 2 posts, just keep in mind that trading can only happen in turn 7 (Since there is no spaceport built next to the space elevator yet, Shuttles need to spend 1 AP to load unload cargo).

You can always try and show them pictures or do sign language for the, but unlike what I say to Mars, the first contact will not make them ambitious like Skaven, but will be afraid of Humans( I mean the first contact with the EU colony almost got some innocent explores killed) so this will make their technological path to try and isolate themselves from the Humans for they will say that "Humans only want to kill things they don't understand" or something in that degree.

You started on gold, but I gave you that resource by accident.
If you want to, I can re-roll your region's surface mineral.

Harkback, what do each of the native knowledge levels represent technology wise? Would they be something like this:

0 - Stone Age - Basic tools and weapons, hunter-gatherer society or early farming.
1 - Feudal/Medieval - Metal is used for tools and weapons, but majority of population still has to provide for themselves and grow their own food.
2 - Roman/Greek-esque/Renaissance - Mathematics and astronomy developed, society progresses past the stage where everyone is a farmer, there is enough to support those who pursue other professions and trades. Gunpowder is discovered.
3 - Industrial Revolution/Long 19th Century - Electricity is discovered, Some production of goods is automated. Steam Power developed, medicinal advances, and formal education becomes more common. Astronomy and mathematics develops further.
4 - Computer Age - Computers and Microchips discovered and refined into civilian usage, healthcare and education is widespread and accessible to most. Artificial Satellites deployed, space travel is possible, but is too slow to be feasible.
5 - Space Age - Laser weaponry, automated drones, warp drives/FTL travel?

Yeah

I wouldn't mind your natives advancing a little but the ones on my planet as of yet not so much... unless they're friendly nice and give you free hugs that don't kill humans.

I did some big changes to the way native knowledge works.
Having Alien artifacts in your territory will no longer be a precondition to early technological advancement, but it will make it cheaper!
