Cool. What region of the lava mass will you be landing on?

He will be landing in the South West area for the Uranium. In our negotiations i will deliver your envoy to the Diskworld in exchange for "mining rights" for Orson. Oh this will also not interfere with our trade which will still be for Uranium. I can still make money and help NAAFTA too.

Hmm, one envoy for the establishment of a colony in a region? A mining base is one thing, but I don't really think you want to have a full settlement in Blackrock; the conversion process has progressed significantly in that region, and five percent of the surface landmass is putting out about ten to thirty sieverts of ionizing radiation. The whole region is likely, hmm, inimitable to life.

Well Orson gets the final say i will just back him up to the end. Not to mention if i destroy the Golems for you then i think i might get big brownie points. Oh not to mention i am going to send your diplomats to the Diskworld, so i think that gets me more points.

For me? Hah, they're migrating towards you lad. True, but as I said, taking one diplomatic party a short distance is hardly the equivalent of setting up a whole new colony.

Um... Right now i can give you eight Hydrocarbons. So two i suppose. However in order to get that colony there I will pay/ do your favor for it? That or Orson finds a new home and I mine the Uranium/trade myself.

Two sounds good. I think he might have better luck elsewhere, so you can diversify your resource base.

WARNING!
IMPORTANT RULE CHANGE!
MAX 20 Module and Structure in a single Region!
If you already have more (which I doubt) than you may keep your excess structures but build no more!

I admit I haven't been paying very close attention; life has been rather busy for me of late. So, could someone please tell me, is there anyone on the Diskworld? I don't need to know where, unless they're next to me (metagaming and all that), just that someone's dropped a settlement on it. I'm going to guess that IC, Jord's Japanese settlement of Lastwall decided to bail from the Anomaly altogether.

Hey, going to be a major bother and bark up this tree again:

for clarifications sake, shuttles and freighter can only expend 1 AP per turn? The alternative is to create a trade route?

Yes. Yes.
You could also make private trade routes where you buy sell on both sides...
