Psych Evaluation: Jacobs is mostly a level-headed individual, and rarely flinches or panics despite a general lack of combat experience. Of course, he has a slightly gung-ho nature to him, and may just attack enemy forces on his own without any regard to his personal or his squad's safety initially. His reactiveness in situations is slightly abnormal, possibly making him a quick and efficient enough killer in battle.

He is pretty calm and laid-back, due to his nature as a rookie, but isn't particularly cheerful or happy as an individual. He's mostly quiet and a bit reserved, only really responding to orders and, on occasion, a greeting or a question. He's quite the xenophobe, and seems more or less intent on simply slaughtering every last alien he can get his hands on.

Personal History: Daniel had a mostly normal childhood for his first ten years of life, and didn't really have any experiences that had made him want to enlist until an incident that had changed his life. When he was only eleven, rebels on the planet had come along and killed most of his family in cold blood, sparing him only because they didn't find him. He was later adopted by a couple, and raised by them for seven years before they sent him off to college to study and become something besides a soldier. While he did remarkably well in college, his urge to avenge his family and to simply fight was simply too strong, and often interfered with his education.

He only stayed for two years, then left and enlisted in the Marine Corps. He spent most of his time in training, where he managed to prove himself as a skilled and somewhat resourceful combatant in comparison to his fellow recruits. While not an amazing marksman, he did manage to fulfill plenty of roles his comrades struggled to accomplish, even with aid. At his drill instructor's insistence, he volunteered for the ODSTs two years after enlisting in the Corps.

Yet again, the young and rage-fueled man proved himself a capable and useful soldier, often outperforming others in quite a few fields. However, he was merely an expert with a gun and vehicles; he would never pass for a demolitions expert, or a pilot or a sniper, just a mere soldier. He had no real ambitions to become much other than a simple grunt, and was entirely content to be considered such. He only intended to slay those that did him and humanity wrong, anyways, and wanted to make sure he'd be efficient at that.

One thing I noticed, is that those of you with anywhere from 190+ cm for your character's height had better tone that down a bit. That's 6' 2" at 190. Anything higher and you're probably not going to fit in the drop pod.
