Lol, I know what the first bill could be. In wake of the shooting, why not to make my SHIELD division have some more task. Why not have them be added to "Protect Federal Employees that Request Assistance"?

And no, I'm the FBI director.

So why don't you propose a bill for extra spending to the Bureau, or something relating to the bureau, instead of military withdrawal?

Just a suggestion, but that'd make more sense to me, as I have no clue what a normal* FBI Director has to do with Afghanistan. (* Note, normal)

That wasn't an actual bill. It was a template that could be used for a bill with an example (Afghanistan). At least that's what I presumed.
