You could be Vice President (Sarah Palin) instead if you like.
Beware of the executive positions though, there's always a chance someone else in your own party might be after it.

Constituency: North Carolina
Political Ideology: Libertarianism/PaleoConservatism
Age: 65
State of Birth: Nebraska
Education: Duke University
Family: Wife: Abigail Haider Children- 2 Daughters (Tracy and Annabelle) 2 Sons (Colton and Alistair)
Background: Alijah Haider was born in rural Nebraska to a Conservative Evangelical Christian Family, as the second of 6 Children. His dad, Matthias Haider, an Accountant immigrated from Austria to escape the Nazi invasion, quickly learned English, converted to Evangelicalism before marrying an American woman in 1943. His mother, Julia Haider was a Nebraska native and a homemaker. When Alijah was 3, his family moved to North Carolina following Matthias' job reassignment. There, Alijah attended school, where he did very well in English and Social Studies, while doing average in other classes. After graduating High School, Alijah attended Duke University as an Economics Major and later attended law school. There, he formed his political beliefs and made a few comments on blacks that can be interpreted as racist when attacking Affirmative Action during an out of class discussion about the aforementioned law. After graduating from Law School in the top 30% of his class, Haider found a job at a mid-end law firm. There, he met his future wife, Abigail Haider, who was also working as a lawyer. Haider had 4 children with her. In 1983, Alijah decided to leave his law firm to pursue his passion of gunsmithing. As a GOA and NRA member, Alijah was a gun enthusiast and constantly took his family out to shooting. He owned dozens of firearms and made a few dozen more. Alijah created a local gunsmithing business, which made Hunting and Competition Rifles. Alijah's business would soon grow from a family managed business to a state wide corporation. In 1995, at the age of 49, Alijah left his gunsmithing business to his children, who would continue to manage the gunsmithing business up until today. Alijah became more and more interested in running for office after leaving his business, so in 2002, he ran for Senate as a Conservative Democrat and surprisingly won the seat. Alijah would later be more influenced by Libertarians from the Cato and Von Mises institute and support legalizing medical marijuana, while leaving gay marriage and recreational marijuana to the states. This would lead Alijah to join the Constitution Party in 2006. Alijah would be then re-elected as a Constitution Party Senator, the first of its kind.

I would recommend that, but I don't know where that is posted to really back it up. You're supposed to talk it out in your party, then put it on the floor for everyone. To be honest, it probably wouldn't matter either way, as not everyone will support it regardless.

*Facepalm*. No one put the Speaker as Reserved, so it was open to whoever could finish their app first.

Hannover posted it a bit after seven thirty last night. His reservation expired a bit earlier, but no one posted an app before he did.
