President is super easy. You appear in public, brief a cabinet, be Commander in Chief, write laws to send to congress (Optional), sign laws or VETO them from Congress. And just relax.

Party Position(s): N/A
Positions in Government: President of the United States of America
Constituency: N/A
Political Ideology: Conservative, but can deviate on policy when he sees necessary.
Age: 75
State of Birth: Panama Canal Zone
Education: U.S. Naval Academy
Family:
Cindy McCain (spouse)
Doug Shepp (adopted son)
Andy Shepp (adopted son)
Sydney Shepp (daughter)
Meghan McCain (daughter)
John IV McCain (son)
James McCain (son)
Bridget McCain (daughter)
Background: John Sidney McCain III is the President of the United States of America, having won the presidential election in 2008.
McCain followed his father and grandfather, both four-star admirals, into the United States Navy, graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1958. He became a naval aviator, flying ground-attack aircraft from aircraft carriers. During the Vietnam War, he was almost killed in the 1967 USS Forrestal fire. In October 1967, while on a bombing mission over Hanoi, he was shot down, seriously injured, and captured by the North Vietnamese. He was a prisoner of war until 1973. McCain experienced episodes of torture, and refused an out-of-sequence early repatriation offer. His war wounds left him with lifelong physical limitations.
He retired from the Navy as a captain in 1981 and moved to Arizona, where he entered politics. Elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1982, he served two terms, and was then elected to the U.S. Senate in 1986, winning re-election easily. While generally adhering to conservative principles, McCain at times has had a media reputation as a "maverick" for his willingness to disagree with his party on certain issues. After being investigated and largely exonerated in a political influence scandal of the 1980s as a member of the Keating Five, he made campaign finance reform one of his signature concerns, which eventually led to the passage of the McCain-Feingold Act in 2002. He is also known for his work towards restoring diplomatic relations with Vietnam in the 1990s, and for his belief that the war in Iraq should be fought to a successful conclusion. McCain has chaired the Senate Commerce Committee, opposed spending that he considered to be pork barrel, and played a key role in alleviating a crisis over judicial nominations.
McCain ran for the Republican presidential nomination in 2000 but lost a heated primary season contest to George W. Bush. He secured the nomination in 2008 after coming back from early reversals, and eventually went on to win the election.

After graduating High School, Alijah attended Duke University as an Economics Major and later attended law school. There, he formed his political beliefs and made a few comments on blacks that can be interpreted as racist when attacking Affirmative Action during an out of class discussion about the aforementioned law. After graduating from Law School in the top 30% of his class, Haider found a job at a mid-end law firm. There, he met his future wife, Abigail Haider, who was also working as a lawyer. Haider had 4 children with her. In 1983, Alijah decided to leave his law firm to pursue his passion of gunsmithing. In 1995, at the age of 49, Alijah left his gunsmithing business to his children, who would continue to manage the gunsmithing business up until today. Alijah became more and more interested in running for office after leaving his business, so in 2002, he ran for Senate as a Conservative Democrat and surprisingly won the seat. Alijah would later be more influenced by Libertarians from the Cato and Von Mises institute and support legalizing medical marijuana, while leaving gay marriage and recreational marijuana to the states.
