Good. Also, the only country Venice would have to worry about invading Poland is Prussia. As I stated earlier Russia will be preoccupied with matters in Siberia and China, so Poland will be of little importance to us.

Well he did have a War of Succession. I could have just went Lulz and invaded. Well, whatever we decide, I want it to be agreeable for both of us.

The War of the Polish Succession in my TL can be a turning point why I lost Lithuania and my former territories to you.

As far as I can make up a storyline for my loss of Lithuania here is this:
1401 - The Lithuanian-born Jagiellonian dynasty went to Poland and granted the King a leadership title to him "Grand Duke" although he ruled it by title and claim, not by any legitimate administration. The Jagiellonians seek refuge to Poland after the pro-Russian [name of dynasty here] dynasty had seized the Grand Duchy leadership, thus never giving them the chance to gain foothold in ruling Lithuania.
1416 - The Grand Duchy of Lithuania as a sovereign state ceased to exist after the last grand duke was succeeded by a Russian noble who also inherited the throne of the Russian Empire. He then included Lithuania and the rest of the surrounding lands to the Russian Empire as its imperial territory with a decree approved by Kremlin (or whatever your parliament is). The Jagiellonians protested and spread a culture of hatred and disgust over Russia and Russians. The title "Grand Duke of Lithuania" was never diminished, as it was carried as one of the Polish kings titles later on.
1569 - The Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth was formalized. Although Polish kings never ruled Lithuania politically, the claim the Jagiellonians stood for remained in the grand duke's title carried by Polish monarchs.
