Teuton, Pole and Rus will fight upon the gladden fields of the East. The Teuton? His heart field with war with victories under his belt and his sword baying for blood. The Rus? Standing shoulder to shoulder with his vast brethren does he stand, the cold behind him and sights of spoils aplenty ahead. The Pole? All to lose, nothing to gain. He stands to defend his homeland from the invaders on his flanks, but even his mighty Hussars may not be enough to win the day.
The East is a powder keg, ready to explode with a single spark - a whisper in politics, a gust of wind in militaristic endeavours, a stab in the back... resulting in the keg to explode, potentially plunging the European World into war. Many a soul will die upon the three player chess board that is Eastern Europe... in a baptism of fire and blood.

...Then came Austo-Germany to flip the chessboard and punch the Teuton in the dick; he followed this by roundhouse kicking the Rus in the face and then riding off into the sunset to get ice cream with the Pole.

So, Quir, I couldn't help but notice that 500,000 men in a nation of 7,500,000 would be around 6.68%.

That isn't going to be good for your economy. Like at all.

Lol it was the maximum, but Jobensko has the right to stop recruiting until he's done. I dunno when will I stop it, but I already had a tally of troops, with battalions and regiments and all, but not yet created individual armies. I was thinking to be fair in applying a percentage. My military pop is 1.7%, which is intentionally decreased from 4.7% because it will overpower Prussia big time tho migrations to Poland suffice the need for a large army (I stated migrations in my history so it's legit).

I'm just pissed that France can double in size in a matter of years and nobody bats an eye, but Brandenburg grows slowly over the course of 350 years and everyone loses their mind.

I just thought off it since Poland was historically tolerant since the Commonwealth was established IRL, but I had placed the migration thing in my factbook to be official, unless you treat the apps as your official source, which I'm about to edit as well (coz I'm hectic rearranging my military numbers just for you Calt to be fair in the upcoming war)

Yeah, but that doesn't mean an entire populous would just up and leave. People have livelihoods and families to worry about, they can't just up it and leave unless they're relatively well off.

And the relatively well off people got land and power from Brandenburg, so they wouldn't want to leave.

The Venetians have some degree of economic dependency on Austro-Germany purchasing their armaments do they not? If things were to go south and Austro-Germany could no longer continue to purchase these fine goods wouldn't they have intensive to get directly involved? It would not only be for the protection of their own borders but also a necessary precaution to keep their mercantile system alive. Alternatively the Bourbons really don't have a Casus belli other than to limit Prussia's influence; the debate really boils down to "is that reason enough to got to war?"

Well, I'm not just talking about Prussians. I'm talking about the free-minded European people wanting to be free from Catholic persecution and seek refuge in Poland. Just treat Poland as your global city full of almost all of its surrounding nationalities.
