This is what I had observed. Valentir made a map for himself, changing the color of Russia from brown to green. That's why I noticed that Poland was not indicated in Valentir's version although in the OP's map, I was there. Now, the real updated map is at the OP. Please don't be confused. The map he posted is for self-reference per se, and don't take it seriously. The OP is our Bible my friends.

I don't have an issue with him having a colony there, but the fact that he owns Jakarta and not the rest of Java is like someone owning Dublin but nothing else or Wellington. It just is more plausible for him to own an island colony there that isn't the most densely populated city in Indonesia.

And actually, I don't. I don't own Singapore, I dropped it, I dropped Central America, and I dropped Kyushu along with most of my other colonies including Victoria. The only major trade points I own are the Gibraltar and The Suez

Yeah but they didn't colonize Ireland, the were conquering it and it was a landing, plus Dublin is no where near as populated as Jakarta, and it's just a bit further from Europe than Dublin

My mistake I meant you generally don't only hold the most resistant part of an island and nothing else. I guess a better example would be Colonizing Tenochichilan before the rest of Mexico.

I polished up the map, but only half way in did I realize I had the wrong version. I added the countries I missed, but there a few discrepancies. This is what happens when I try to help.
