ACTUALITY. I'm OP. I am in charge of rand issues and keeping the game fun. And if your economy is to much Military and no industry. Then it collapse. If you do to much of both and no healthcare or welfare. Riots. It's for everyone.

And no one can even use the nukes. It's a rule.
