When you kept continuously probing us about how to kill Mad-Dog and subsequently how many times stronger you would get for stealing his mask.

Yes because it was a valid question that might have come up in the future just like now.

Solve it in the IC, not in the OOC.

Don't forget when he tried very hard to bastardize the Mantle in a ridiculous fashion.

Bearon you're walking on thin ice right now. You're starting to annoy me and several others so I'm asking you kindly to stop being so stubborn and rude.

Bastardize? All I wanted to do was incorporate it into my storyline with the permission of the OP and person who made it.

I'm being stubborn because I haven't gotten a definite answer and you haven't told me to stop until now. Now that you have I will of course let it drop. I don't feel that I've been rude to be honest.

I think we all need time to simmer down a bit... I think Bearon is just trying to probe what he can do with certain things hypothetically.

We need something cute and distracting...
Do you hear the posters sing?
Singing the song of angry men?
It is the music of the short OP
that won't be seen again!

When the mods find this OP
Then this thread will be no more,
But the song will be sung again
When another comes!

OP, do you know the way?
Know the way to fix your post?
Just add details and sources to spark
Debate on these forums.

Otherwise this thread is doomed
Doomed to death by modly wrath
NSG will pick up and move on
'Till another comes!

In a manner that was largely nonsensical, considering even the scant lore surrounding the item.

Why not just try to kill the Gods then? It would be much better than arguing over whether you can, OOC knowledge shouldn't effect character decisions.

I didn't think it was too nonsensical and I was working to try to make it fit into the storyline to accomplish what I wanted.

Because then El might get mad and say why did you try doing that before asking me? You're doomed either way sometimes.

Actually, it makes sense for him to solve such issues OOC so he can know what to write IC.

OOC knowledge affects the writer's decisions, not the character's decisions.
If killing a god is decided to be within his character's reach, then he can direct the plot appropriately. If not, he can direct the plot elsewhere.

As the OP's spoken we can now lay the issue to rest. Now may I ask a question about a god's reaction to something I'll do not in regards to whether I can kill one?
