Oh and I will try to buy a dextro-amino planet from Turian colonists in Sigurd's Cradle (it's on the Wikia whether it's the Turian Primarch or independents is your choice) and give it to the Quarians because it's good to have them as friends since huge fleet and all.

Think again. Turians are deeply racist towards Quarians. Dextro worlds are too rare to sell them to suit rats. Besides, most of the population is nuts about getting Rannoch back and (again) would start a riot if they heard the weren't getting it. Besides, Rannoch is the only world where they could actually live - it's the sole planet with a microbe count low enough for them to live in safety.

1st Who said I would tell the Turians about that? I might just tell that we're making Dextro-Amino drugs for Omega and Illium markets and will give them a ****ton of credits if they sell it (200?)
Edited for other points: 2nd who said they couldn't have Rannoch they could still try to take it back the planet will be a small base of operations
3rd Well they could still use envirosuits though Rannoch is the sole plnet they could live and not die from disease instantly

So let me get this straight... You're going to tell one of the most "for the greater good" races in the game, that you want to buy a rare planet type from them and turn it into a giant meth lab? And not only that, offer less credits then what the planet can generate in a single month when developed?
Yeah, I don't foresee this coming to pass under current terms.

Not saying that something can't be worked out that is agreeable to all parties. However, the current proposal is far from acceptable from a Turian perspective.
