I find it helps if I write everything down in Excel, or word, to include spending/income item by item.

The first version I made was, for the critical first couple days, run solely by me before my appointed VGMs helped out. Brotherhood disappeared when I was depending on him at first to help out. The second reboot was incomplete and didn't work well enough. It had all of the bad parts of yours without the functional infrastructure that made it good. So the reboot happened again, just as I get both my first job and deeply sick. It may die. Don't give a damn. I tried.
