Benjamin had made four rebreathers. He and three others donned them and lowered themselves into the Colorado. It was night, and the moon was at quarter. They swam well under the surface of the water, the only sign of their passing were small bubbles rising from their rebreathers. Benjamin poked his head above the surface of the water, observing the guards. The barge seemed to be more heavily guarded, but the rowboats were left alone. He swam back down to the others and waved for them to follow.

Boats would begin patrolling the water. Spotlights lit up at night. Snipers were still out. Soldiers would be guarding the docks. The Soldiers, snipers, and boat patrols would be on full alert. You'd see Rowboats, Rafts, occasionally working Crew boats (the small boats that you usually see crashed.) It would be suicide if someone were to attack this place.

OOC- By the way, Dernland, if you were caught, the FVA wouldn't kill you. They'd question you, then depending on how you answer they may let you go or not. But, don't meta this.

Sam smiled and asked in a friendly joking voice, "But then how do I protect myself in case your men turn on me?" He paused and said, "I'm kidding of course. Here, I have a nine millimeter pistol, though I don't see how I would seriously harm you with it since you're wearing power armor. But I suppose regulations are for the best." he handed over the pistol and went to meet Shepard. He approached him and said, "Well, I see you're running the Embassy by strip standards, probably a good call with all the enemies out there these days. So, why did you call me here?"

Shepard nodded. "Lots indeed. First of all, I was given the option to go home"

"Well, like Samuel said, you must be homesick. But if you don't mind me asking,.what's going on in the Capital wastes?" Joshua asked.

Shepard first answered Sam. "It was a hard decision. Thats my home, I bled for that land like you did for the Mojave. But, my place is here at the momemt. I am staying". He turned to Joshua. "Well, the Super Mutants are much weaker, lots of the East Coast waterways are filled with clean water, Talon Company is but a fraction of it's former self. However, the people miss me"

A piece of debris had pierced his foot. The boat splashed down into the water, making a loud noise. Benjamin cursed, and turned to see weapons pointing at him and his compatriots.

The soldiers detect the noise made by the NCR soldiers. immediately, 20 FVA soldiers circled them. One by one, they binded their hands. Ben was taken to the officer of this camp for questioning. The Officer asked, "Why are you and your men here?"

Hunter van pelt and the 10 other hunters stood on the vegas strip, their black boots shined to a polish that they could see their reflections off of and their brush guns primed (ooc: they are unaware the sierra madre security systems will remove all their gear minus their clothes). A cool breeze blew and the moon shone overhead in a gorgeous full moon like the lord himself was keeping an eye on them. The next day they would be leaving but this wouldn't be an easy mission by any means as it was a pre war casino so the security was sure to be tight, it was going to be a lot harder then even they predicted though to crack the shell of that oyster. They put up posters on each of the strips casinos just listing the mission and contact info as they wouldn't want someone launching an independent venture now would they?. Hunter being the flamboyant and honest man he was decided to make a public statement in the city that never sleeps. He walked along the sidewalk, stopping in front of the lucky 38 looking towards the Gomorrah. Clearing his throat he began to speak. "Attention new Vegas. My name is Hunter van pelt, my friends and I are big game hunters coming from my home in the pre war resort located in camp golf that borders on my lake las vegas." That caught the attention of a few "city slickers" who understood how well to do one must be to live there, but most just kept on walking as they figured it was just another crier trying to get attention. "We are looking for some help from other experienced waste lander's with our next mission." That got the attention of a few more people and now a small crowd of maybe 6 or 10 people were gathered around. "As I was was saying tomorrow we will be departing at noon sharp to the pre-war casino known as the sierra made casino" the hush that had fallen over the crowd before had now erupted with whispers of horror stories of relatives that had tried searching it out and never returned or returned barely alive, and people that were crazy enough to accept a map to the casino from a hobo or traveler in exchange for freedom from their tab. "Pardon me please quite down everyone" the hush died down. "Thank you. As I was saying we are looking for able bodied and able minded men and women to accompany us on this trip. Now if I may be sold as to ask you a question do any of you have any training in things in the fields of medicine, mechanics, firearms, science, or even slightly less legitimate skills like sneaking or lock-picking?" The crowd looked uneasy.

They were Hellfire Troops, the most powerful and feared in the Brotherhood, even more so than the NCR Rangers. They carried Plasma Rifles and didn't even look at him. Their very presence was scary.

"So I guess I can go through, or do I need a password?" Benjamin said staring the Hellfire soldier straight in the eyes. He was a little intimidated, but when you've wandered the wastes not much can scare you.
