Fallout New Vegas: The New Mojave Wasteland IC

The Gang of 28 passed too closely to Nellis for there liking, little did they know the boomers had been wiped out. They had finally reached the Mojave and now looked for a place to sleep tonight. They walked past major cities and towns, looking for an abandoned building instead. They found a gated compound, the outside was dotted with graffiti about the NCR or something and there were mutilated bodies on spikes and hanging from chains. The walls rattled with bullet holes and blood stains. The inside wasn't much better overturned tables and puddles of blood. But it would do for now. The upstairs was blocked by rubble. However in the darkness there was a plinkering light of a computer. It had a cracked screen and looked in shit condition.
John checked to see what was on there.
"Holy Shit." He said.
There were weapons schematics for almost all of the guns he'd ever seen on Nellis, and a lot that he hadn't.
"Fuckin Shit, Yo get your arses over here. Look at this."
"Woah this must of been some sort of weapons factory."
Hey do you think we could download the files to our pip boys."

He downloads the files.
"Shit. Wow. We could probably produce our own guns now. Holy shit."
The gang started cheering. Everyone was happy as they settled down for the night.

Benjamin took an inventory of the food and water supplies. He did the math and said to himself "We only have enough food to last us about a week. Maybe I could ask the Free Vegas people if they had any." Ben walked to the gate of the outpost and stepped out waving a white flag. He shouted "Might I have a word with the leader of this fine establishment."

When the medic entered, Shepard cuffed him and sat back down.

I accept your apology and your right I am sorry about the atrocities from the enclaves past and am not proud of some the more insidious deeds of my own. Would our governments be able to take a fresh start? A path of friendship?

Shepard again shook his head. "The Enclave is dead, you know that. Let's make a deal. Hand over all records you have, and disband the Remnants. Do that, and you and your friends are free"

Well I see the wisdom in your logic, there's only 3 people in the known enclave after all. So I don't see the wisdom in holding onto lost things, but you see I held onto the enclave not for their atrocities but for their good and their roots as the pre war American government and military. But you can't run a country so tell you what I'll disband the specific name "the enclave remnants" as you wish and give you a copy of all the documents enclave related that I have possession of if you keep your promise and let us go free, grant us a pardon for our crimes and return ownership of everything you may have taken from us while in prison. What do you say?

So everything but the physical vertibird and the 6 suits of enclave power armour will be returned including all infrastructure related property? Why would you want 6 suits of prime condition power armour anyway? Beyond the rarity of such an item that is."

This isn't a skill you see much anymore most of the mechanics are dead but like I said earlier I used to repair old vertibirds and build new ones so if you ever need one built I'm your man assuming I haven't croaked yet. If you need me I'll be going back to my vertibird refuelling post to relax for the first time in 7 years have a good day Shepard." He started to walk away.
