He looked back at Shepard, "Shepard, with this Serum you can forget all of the trauma you underwent during this detainment so it will not haunt you any longer, you were in there for ten minutes, so it shouldn't be too bad, but it will also make you exhausted for a few days. Do you want to take it?" Jason replied.

He also sent in an order to Black Hand operatives to destroy the terrorist cell in the Mojave focusing all of the Black Hands power on it. He was second in charge and only Jason himself could override the plan.

At the entrance, he recorded a message on the HAM Radio.

"Men... this is Commander Shepard. There's no need to try and rescue me, because I accept my punishment. If you're hearing this, you're already enemies of the state. Go east, to the Capital Wasteland. Tell the Elder I sent you, and he will welcome you all as brothers. I wish you luck in the coming hours... if there is a God, may he be with us all...

We lived out by Cottonwood before the Legion came and pushed us out, but growing up at Cottonwood was a nice, peaceful life for the most part. The Goodsprings and Nipton people often came to trade with us and there was plenty fish. Some of us fled down the Colorado. My family and a few others joined the Revolution. In the end I got recruited by the Black Hand, underwent the final tests, but I'm still free willed and all, military observers always think we are emotionless cold killers, but I have just as much emotion as everyone else. I got married during the revolution to a beautiful wife, Sally, so I can't complain. Though I miss her, I get off in two weeks for a month since I am lucky enough not to be in the Legion Campaign. Anyhow, it's not that we are soulless, just committed. But that's off topic. So, what's it like back east? I've never gone east of the Colorado, Farthest I've gone is San Diego, and that was when I was a teenager trying to establish a trade route. The entire Potomac River is completely fresh, irradiated water thanks to Project Purity. People stand together now, much like here"
