A phonecall came in to the Police department, when they heard the news they turned the phone over to the military analyst in the building who replied. "One moment." He sent a telegram via landline to the Black Hand in the NCR Embassy and now Army HQ in New Vegas. The men there sent a telegram to Vault 19 and a man read it saying. "Eagle Squad 8 will be in in a moment to take care of the situation" He replied in a telegram and then said to the squad. "We have a hit at El Rey motel, you are to use full force and only take prisoners if they are unable to fight back, that means leave one or two alive with severe injuries, the rest are worthless." Squad 8's leader saluted, for the first time, the might of the severe training and fighting in covert missions would be used to fight terrorists. It would be a milestone for the Black Hand.

One is shot in the chest and collapses onto the ground, but is not yet dead. The others take cover behind the walls. Immediately after, two of the men jump out and open fire on the men in the room, trying to cut down the guards and clear a path to Daniel.

Shepard had been alone with nothing but his thoughts countless times. All those months alone in the Wastes... being a prisoner subject to Enclave Brutality. He'd overcome this. "I WANT TO TALK TO THE GENERAL!!" he screamed.

The operator said to the others. "Never mind, the patient is stirred up this early in? I thought he was mentally stronger, I guess you can begin MK Ultra. Pump in the LSD through the small holes in the floor." The men nodded and one said, "We think frequency level 8 will work best." The operator shook his head, "Level 8 might be lethal due to his age, let's start with level 6 and then consider level 7. This might already fully inoculate him to the point we can begin erasing his memory." They nodded and raised a dial.

Fabian gets behind the desk and reloads. A pair of bodyguards with Chinese assault rifles take cover and open fire, and one with a sniper rifles aims at a mans head and fires, then get's behind cover.

They said into a microphone "You are now prohibited to speak, if you speak you will be given ten times the pain you have now for ten seconds. The slips of paper are for when you need to use the restroom, you have twenty for the week. I will allow you to speak this once, but chose your words well, do you understand? And we will allow for a single question." They looked at the dial which was barely turned on to 7 and saw to 70 mark towards the end near 100 which would invoke a comatose state and full memory loss. 70 wouldn't do either, but it would cause vertigo and immediate hallucinations as well as loss of bodily control that would take minutes to recover from, even longer if the radio waves kept pumping in, and regardless in ten minutes they would return on a lower scale, plus in 45 the LSD would allow for them to enter the room as they so wished.

But tell your friends to stop fighting for you, they might kill someone and ruin their own lives. Then either go home since I am not okay with what happened here, or we can lower some charges."

One man was hit directly and exploded into a thousands pieces, and the others were knocked onto the ground. Soon later, a man managed to fire and kill the Rocketeer.

Once they saw the men firing into the Fuchs brothers place their squad leader said in a gruff voice. "Time to blow these men to hell." They fired into the building with marksman rifles from a distance as they slowly closed in. Their aim was well toned, so a bullet hit one of the terrorists somewhere near his neck. He fell but may have only been grazed. (This is up to NAR)

Shepard let out a surge of emotion that had built up for years. He began to sob and cry uncontrollably. "I'm so sorry.... my god, I'm so sorry for what I did... for what I tried to do..."

Jason felt awful too, "Look man, I hate myself for letting this happen to you. What you did, it hardly mirrors the torture they were prepared to induct you into, I express my utmost apologies man. I won't let this happen to anyone in the Mojave again. If there's anything reasonable you need before I let you go, tell me. Please, I need to make up for what happened here."

He looked back at Shepard, "Shepard, with this Serum you can forget all of the trauma you underwent during this detainment so it will not haunt you any longer, you were in there for ten minutes, so it shouldn't be too bad, but it will also make you exhausted for a few days. Do you want to take it?" Jason replied.
